RYDER'S POV
We laughed and laid down on the wood floor.

"We need furniture." I giggled.

"Ikea?" He asked.

"Ikea." I smiled.

We got into his car and drove off.

"We have to go back to the old apartment after this." I said.

"Why?" He groaned.

"Cause my car is still there." I said.

"Oh yeah. Kinda forgot that." He said as I laughed.

We stepped into Ikea.

"It's definitely bigger than I remember." I said.

"Let's go!" He said grabbing my hand and running.

"Where are you taking me?" I giggled.

"I don't know! What furniture do we need?" He asked.

"Two bed frames, two mattresses, a dresser, three night stands, a desk, a television, couches, chairs, a dining room table, and I think that's it." I said reading off my phone.

"Let's see who gets lost first." He said.

We walked around trying to find everything.

"What do you think of this desk?" I asked him.

"Luke?" I asked again.

He wasn't there.

Don't panic yet.

He probably just got distracted by the couches.

He'll show up.

Eventually.

"Luke." I call out again.

"Okay very funny." I said.

"Babe, seriously stop." I said.

"Luke, seriously. It's not funny anymore." I said about to cry.

I was about to have a full out panic attack.

In Ikea.

Alone.

"Luke." I croaked out one more time as a fear tears slipped out.

I felt two strong arms around me.

I let out a small scream and covered my mouth.

"Did I really scare you that bad?" He asked.

"Yes!" I yelled hitting him.

"I didn't know where you were!" I said as he held me.

"I got distracted by the closets because we forgot to write that one down. So I hid in one waiting to scare you. I'm sorry, babe." He said as he rocked me.

"I shouldn't have overreacted. I guess it's this whole anxiety thing." I said.

He face palmed himself.

"Anxiety. Yes. Right. I'm so dumb." He said.

"You're an idiot but you're my idiot." I said.
