"I like her cause she's smart. Headstrong and independent. She puts me in my place, when I don't know where I stand. And if only I could find the words or muster up the nerve to tell her; I'll never forget her and she'll always have a part of me."
RYDER'S POV The next morning, we attempted to finish building the furniture.
"Update time!" Luke said to his camera.
"It's been about four hours and we finished all the chairs, the dining room table, and half this closet! Why is this taking so long?!" He asked.
"Because the directions are hard." I complained.
"And we still have to go out and buy mattresses once the bed frames are built!" He said.
"Adulting is hard." I said.
"You got that right, babe." He said.
We were able to finish the closet and one bed frame in three hours.
"We finished most of what we did buy. We have a dining room, a somewhat living room, a kitchen, and half a bedroom! I think I'm going to stop this video here." He said as he finished his outro.
He went to go edit it while I started on the dresser.
Who knew building furniture could be so fun?
Then again, anything with him is fun.
"How's the dresser coming along, beautiful?" He asked when he finished editing.
"Good. I think." I said.
He laughed.
"Let me help." He said.
We finished the dresser together.
"I'm so glad we decided to do this." He said as we moved it to the bedroom.
"Me too." I smiled.
"Perfect city. Perfect girl. Perfect life." He said kissing me.
I stood on my toes and threw my arms around his neck.
"It's been two months and I still can't believe I'm dating you." He said.
"I just can't believe how in love I am with you." I said.
I posted a picture of us.
We were laughing as we tried to build the table.
