Chapter 29- I'll Get You Someday

*Three days later*

I'm sitting on the bed on the tour bus. We just left Texas. Everyday I miss my sister and brother more and more. I call them every chance I get. My sister and I FaceTime more than we call each other. One of her roommates is a fan of Jake so whenever she calls and Jakes here I let her talk to him. Rachel has competition in a few weeks and I told her I would go and watch her and she became so happy. My brother is doing good he lets Veronica stay the night, I'm not too happy about it but I'm not going to let him know that. I'm sitting on the bed in the tour bus looking at my phone when Jake walked in,

"We are now heading to Miami!!!" he smiled with excitement

I tried my best to plaster on a happy smile but couldn't he came over and sat beside me putting his arm around me I laid my head on his shoulder,

"It's going to be ok"

"I know...I just" I felt as if my throat held a ping pong ball "I just miss them" I said while swallowing the ball

"I know you'll see them soon"

He kissed the top of my head. Chris, Ryan and Josh came running in,

"Hey Jake" Ryan said "your fans are tweeting that they want you on UStream"

"Alright" he said then looked at me

"Can you stay with me for a little bit"

He looked at the boys then me and nodded.

-Jake's P.O.V-

I'm laying on the bed with Payton next to me my arms are around her as her head lays on my chest. She's not used to leaving her family behind and I know it's killing her. I'm supposed to be talking to fans but they can wait it's only been like five minutes I love my fans but right now making her happy is the only thing on my mind. The bedroom door opens and it's the guys,

"Jake" Chris said sounding annoyed "it's been an hour"

My eyes grew wide when he said that

"An hour?!" I exclaimed

"Yeah" Josh said

I carefully got up trying not to wake her and I succeeded I turned to the guys,

"Alright let's go"

They stepped aside so I could go through and they followed behind me shutting the door. I went into the closet and got out my laptop and sat it on the kitchen table. I sat in the booth and waited for my laptop to turn on,

"So it really was an hour?" I asked still in disbelief

"yeah" Chris replied while jumping onto the counter "what were y'all doing?"

"Do you really want to know?" Josh laughed

"We weren't doing anything she's just really upset and I want to be there for her"

"Wow" Ryan exclaimed "she's really changing you...you never did this with any of your other girlfriends"

i chuckled then logged into Ustream,

"I keep telling you guys she's different it's something about her I love her and I don't want to lose her I'll do anything to make her happy"

I saw the comments saying how late I am. I turned on the camera and just then the comments turned from hate to love

"Alright let's get this started" I said looking at the screen "sorry I'm late I had business to attend to"

"Yeah boyfriend business" Ryan laughed
