Chapter 10

Yume's POV
~Previously
When I reached my room and opened the door I saw Laura holding something I didn't want her to see.
"Y-yume, why didn't you tell me?" She asked.
"Laura it's not what you think." I replied.
"Then how do you want to explain this?"she said holding my adoption certificate in front of my face.
~Now
"Look Laura I can't tell you anything except that it was a family issue and that is why I'm adopted, but don't worry you will know when the right time comes. But please I'm begging you don't dig any deeper into this issue." I said.
"Tell me Yume maybe I can help you." Laura said.
"I promise you after the S4 selection I'll tell you the entire truth, okay? Just please keep this a secret." I said.
"I know you Yume, you're a person that keeps their promises so I'll wait until after the S4 selection. And don't worry your secret is safe with me." She said as she hugged me.
"Thank you so much for understanding Laura."
I said hugging back.
"No problem, but I expect a good explanation after the selection." She said.
"Of course. Now let's go to bed, we have school tomorrow." I said.
"Ya, goodnight Yume." Laura said as she closed the lights off.
"Goodnight Laura." I said closing my eyes.
~the next day
I woke up and got dressed and went to the gates to find Subaru-senpai waiting for me.
"Good morning Subaru-senpai." I say approaching him.
"Good morning Yume-chan, ready to go?" He asks.
"Of course." I answer.
~at the shooting place.
"Ok, so today we'll continue the shooting. Everyone please be prepared we'll start filming in 10 minuets." The producer said.
I headed to my dressing room and Subaru-senpai headed to his.

Author's POV
"Goodbye honey." Princess Yume's mom said.
"Goodbye mom." Princess Yume said.
"Mom are you sure there's no way you could cancel the arranged marriage?" Princess Yume asked.
"I'm sorry honey, but the contract is already signed." Princess Yume's mom said.
"Oh well goodbye, I'll see you soon." Princess Yume said heading to the car waiting for her outside with Prince Subaru inside.
While they were driving both Prince Subaru and Princess Yume were silent.
When they arrived the driver went and opened the door for Prince Subaru.
Prince Subaru then went and opened the door for Princess Yume and helped her get out and then said.
"Look can we try to act as if we get along in front of my parents." Prince Subaru asked.
"Ya sure." Princess Yume said like she didn't care.
"Hello Yume dear, how have you been?" Queen Ellie asked Princess Yume.
"Never better." Princess Yume answered politely.
"Good, now I'll let Coco here take you to your room so you can settle here okay?" Queen Ellie asked.
Princess Yume didn't say anything, she just nodded.
When Yume arrived at her room and opened the door she was amazed because the room looked so amazing.
"It's nice." Princess Yume said trying to keep her excitement from showing.
"Well we should thank Prince Subaru because he was the one who decorated it." Coco said.
"Really, guess that boy isn't half bad." She said.
When she entered she found a letter on her bed saying:
Wear some casual clothes and put a disguise and meet me at the front door of the castle.

And that was what she did. And then headed to the front door of the castle.
"Hey." Prince Subaru said.
"Hey." Princess Yume answered.
"So why did you call me out here?" She asked.
I figured since we're getting married might as well get to know each other don't you think?" He asked.
" Ya you're right." She said.
So then they headed to the town close by and had some fun. After that Prince Subaru asked Princess Yume to wait for him while he gets ice cream for both of them.
When he got ice cream and was heading back to where she is, he didn't find her there, that frightened him and made him dropthe ice cream.
He was scared so he ran around the town searching for her while feeling really frightened because he told his mother he would take care of her and that's why there's no need for a guard.
When he finally stopped by a dark alley he heard a man's voice and a female's asking for help.
When he got closer he saw Yume pinned to the wall and a man holding her hands like he was gonna hurt her or something.
He then rushed to the man and punched him real hard and that made him drop Yume to the ground.
Then Prince Subaru fought the man and knocked the guy unconscious and turned his head to Yume that was on the ground crying holding her hand tight.
He took her arm and found it injured and bleeding so much.
So he then carried her and walked back to the castle and when he arrived there he went to her room real quickly and asked a maid to bring the doctor.

When the doctor finished treating her he said, "She is fine and she needs to rest and not over work herself and the wound will heal in a week."
Then Prince Subaru went to Princess Yume's room and kneeled down beside her bed where she was sleeping and said, "I'm sorry." Then he kissed her forehead.

"CUT." The director said.
"Good work everyone." He shouted.
Yume walked to her changing room and changed into her school clothes and headed to the car waiting for her outside and rode it back to school.
"Hey Yume." Laura called her.
"Hey Laura." Yume said back.
"You won't believe what I'm about to tell you." Laura said.
"What?" Yum said curiously.
"You were asked to perform with Hime-senpai on her next solo live." Laura said jumping up and down.
"Really?!" Yume asked.
"Ya. So will you accept the offfer?" Laura asked.
"Are you crazy? Of course, this is a once in a life time chance." Yume said.
"Good, now let's go get you changed, Mahiru and Ako are waiting for us to get ready, we're going to the mall." Laura said dragging Yume to their room to change.
Then they spent the rest of the day at the mall
