Chapter 24

Author's POV
It's been 3 weeks since that day that Nozume asked Laura to be his girlfriend. Many things happened since then. Asahi and Koharu got really close and so did Mahiru and Kaito.
Today is the first day of summer and the 10 friends wanted to do something fun and what would come to Yume's mind when they suggested that idea?
"The beach!" She cheered loudly as all of them were standing together discussing what they could do.
"That's the perfect idea! I've just got a new swimsuit that I really wanted to wear." Mahiru said.
"Well then we'll be going to the beach. How about tomorrow?" Kanata asked.
"Sounds perfect!" Subaru said.
"Well then we'll be going now, bye everyone!" Yume said walking towards the limo waiting for her and Kanata to take them home.

~when they arrived to their house~
"Kanata, Yume is been so long." Their mom said squeezing both of them into a hug.
"Mom you're killing us." Kanata said.
"Oh sorry. Honey the kids are here." Their mom said calling their father.
"We're not kids... we're teenagers." Yume said
"Hey guys." The father said.
"Hey old man." Kanata said.
"I'm not 50." The father said.
"Yet." Kanata said pissing off his father.
"Hi dad." Yume said trying to break the two of them.
"Oh there's my little angel." Yume's father said as he went to his daughter to give her a hug.
"So how about we go in and catch up." Their mom said.

(So I didn't put names for the parents I'll just leave that up to you if you want....)

~After about 1 hour of catching up~
"So any of you two in a relationship?" The mom asked.
"About that. You see I'm dating oni-san's band/team mate Yuki Subaru, and oni-san is dating a friend of mine Saotome Ako." Yume said.
"My daughter has a boyfriend. Seriously? What man would want to date such a clueless girl?" The father said.
"Well I feel bad for the woman that actually married you." Kanata said.
"Dad!!!! I'm not clueless." Yume said.
"Debatable." Yume's family said at the same time.
"Seriously??" Yume asked.
"Sorry you gotta face the harsh truth Yume." Kanata said shrugging his shoulders.
"Well moving on from that... your dad and I will be going away for a week to visit your aunt. Do you guys wanna come with us?" Their mother asked.
The siblings looked at each other like they were trying to have a small conversation with their minds and then looked back at their parents and shook their heads meaning 'no.'

"Ok, but if you want you can invite your friends for a week of sleepover if you want." The dad said.
"Sure, we'll ask them and we planned to go to the beach tomorrow. Oh by the way when are you leaving?" Kanata asked.
"In 3 days." Their mom answered.
"Ok well I gotta go and prepare my stuff for tomorrow." Yume said heading to stairs to go up to her room.
"Oh Yume, make sure to wear a good swim suit so that your boyfriend would be happy." Her mom said.
"MOM!" Yume said running to her room and shutting the door behind her.
