I was awake but even with my eyes open I couldn't see anything else than darkness.
"You know I'm awake now because my pulse is elevating, right?" I remarked, giggling quietly. "I wanted to meet you for a long time now, Markus." I added while smiling to myself.
"You knew it was me..?" "Of course. Why would I let myself get kidnapped otherwise?" I asked him rhetorically, leading him to giggle up as well.
Markus took off my blindfold carefully, looking into my (E/C) eyes while I looked into his blue and green eyes.
"We are in Jericho currently. We need your he-" "I'm glad you finally approached me! Gosh, I waited since the beginning of the events."
Markus looked at me in confusion as he tilted his head to the side slightly.
"You need my help to sabotage CyberLife, right?" I asked him to clarify what he really wanted from me.
I was an important person at CyberLife, being the old student of Elijah Kamski, who founded CyberLife back in 2018.
I had access to everything in CyberLife and I also had a high society rank.
If people would find out I are supporting deviants, the situation would completely change. No other celebrity had made a statement regarding to the events yet, and maybe I would encourage them to say on whose side they're really on.
"In a specific way, yes." He replied to me while walking behind me to open the ropes that kept me put.
"You're freeing me?" I asked him again while letting him do so. "Either it will be a huge mistake to trust you or it won't be a mistake at all."
"I hope not to disappoint you, of course." I told him before massaging my wrists.
"I'm sorry I was that rough.." Markus muttered, offering a hand out to me. I gladly accepted his hand, rising up to my feet with his support.
"It wasn't that bad, don't worry." I reassured him while smiling at him innocently.
"Wow, I can't believe that I'm finally meeting you in person.." I muttered to myself while observing him in astonishment.
"The pleasure is all mine." Markus said, looking down at me while smiling softly.
We looked into each others eyes, literally getting lost in them.
