As me and Matty walked back to his small flat that was just five minutes away, I couldn't help but think about the boy and his leech over and over again.

I mean, they must have been a couple, brothers and sisters aren't that overly affectionate with each other. Fuck, they didn't even look like each other, of course they weren't brother and sister. But if the leech was his girlfriend, then why was he watching me leave the café?

I knew that I shouldn't of been thinking about him and the leech, but I couldn't help myself. It was like his face was imprinted on my brain. The only thing that was left to do was to remove his face from my mind and make it disappear for good.

Matty bumped his shoulder into mine gently, which snapped me out of my daydream and back into reality.

"You okay?" You've been silent for most of the walk." He asked, placing his iPhone away.

I faked a smile. "Sorry, I was just in my own little world, I'm fine."

Matty stopped walking and grabbed my arm, he spun me around so that I was standing in front of him. "I've known you since I was ten, so don't try and attempt to lie to me Hayden. Now, we are going to go back to my flat and you're going to tell me what's wrong."

I shrugged my shoulders. "Matty, there's nothing wrong with me. I lied.

I could feel Matty looking at me, as I looked at him I knew that from the look that was on his face that he knew I was lying and there was something wrong with me.

I sighed, giving in. "Okay, fine."

"Tell me what's wrong, or I'm putting sugar in your coffee." Matty said, as he grabbed a spoon and sticking it into the sugar bowl.

I stood up from the chair I was sitting on over to where Matty was standing, holding the teaspoon of sugar in his hand.

I glared at him, watching as his hand moved closer to where my coffee was sitting. "Matty, I swear to god if you put that teaspoon into my coffee, your head is going down your toilet." I snarled, stepping closer to where my cup was and trying to save it from the sugar.

"You know, you can be very rude sometimes," he said, stepping in front of me so I couldn't get near my coffee. "I mean, I'm your best friend so you really shouldn't be rude to me." Matty smirked, as he turned around, dropping his hand lower to my coffee, the teaspoon shaking slightly in his hand.

"I'm sorry, Matty. Please don't put the sugar into my coffee, please." I whined as his hand inched closer and closer to my coffee.

"Only if you promise to be one hundred percent honest and tell me what's wrong." He replied.

"I promise." I said watching him take the teaspoon full of sugar away from my coffee and dunking it into this tea, stirring it.

"I really hate you sometimes you know that." I told him as I walked over to the fridge to get the milk.

"You don't, admit it Haydes you'd be lost without me." He replied grinning cheekily.

I rolled my eyes but agreed with him anyways. The truth was, I would be lost without Matty. He was the only true friend that I had growing up. I mean, I did have other friends, but when you come from a rich background, you're known to have to make friends with other rich children.

But, I didn't. Instead of making friends with the children my parents wanted me to be friends with, I became friends with Matty instead. Since meeting Matty, we became inseparable and even though my parents didn't approve of him at first, they soon realised my love for Matty as a friend and after a while they loved him as much as I did.

"So, what's wrong?" He asked taking me out of my daydream. "Was it the SnapBack guy and the blondie?"

I nodded, sipping my coffee. "I-" before I could even explain what was wrong with me, Matty's doorbell rang.

"Shit, sorry, one sec." Matty said getting off his chair to go and answer the door. As he left the kitchen, I sipped on some more of my coffee as I heard Matty talking to the person at the door. The voices were mumbled which made it difficult for me to figure out if I knew the person that Matty was talking to.

I heard the front door close, but could hear multiple voices following Matty. I guessed that it was Josh, as I kept my gaze down, tracing my finger up and down the cup. As the kitchen door opened my eyes met Matty's, but instead of seeing Josh, I saw Ashton. Ashton was another good friend of mine, I just wasn't as close to him as Matty.

As I opened my mouth to speak and say hello to Ash, I noticed that there was another person standing beside Ash, and that person was the leech itself.
