"What do you mean that you don't care about Amelia anymore? I asked as me and Luke were waiting in line to get more food.

Luke shrugged, fixing the red snapback placed on his head. "She's just being really annoying lately,"

"Annoying? You've been best friends with her for ages how can you find her annoying?"

"I think we weren't meant to be together. Like, I think we were just meant to stay as best friends, not boyfriend and girlfriend."

Before I could even reply to Luke, we were up next to purchase our food. We bought coffee and bacon rolls before finding a patch of grass that was free of the loud teenagers around us.

We sat down, digging into our bacon rolls and sipping on our coffee. We were silent when we were eating, we just sat there and ate watching the action going on around us. I decided to question him further about what he said after we finished with our food.

I cleared my throat gaining Luke's attention. "So, do you still love Amelia?"

Luke looked down at the patch of grass we were sitting on, picking pieces up of grass and throwing them away. "I think I was in love with the idea of being in love with Amelia."

I stared ahead of me. Michael was right, Luke wasn't in love with Amelia. "Are you going to stay with her then?"

Luke shook his head, grabbing his coffee and taking a sip. "I'm going to break up with her later."

I nodded my head, removing the pieces of crumbs that were placed on my flowery dress. My brain was still trying to progress what Luke said to me. Was this real? Did Luke actually not love Amelia, or was he only saying it?

Luke stood up, clearing his throat and taking me out of the trance that I was in. "Want to go and look at the bands?"

I nodded my head, picking up my litter before standing up. As I stood up, Luke placed his hand on my shoulder to stop me from going anywhere else.

I looked at him in confusion wondering what he was doing.

"Is it strange to have feelings for other people even though you're in a relationship?"

"Well, if you don't really love Amelia, then I don't think so,"

I said, my voice getting caught in my throat.

"So, it would be okay for me to have feelings for someone else?"

I nodded my head, not sure on what else I was supposed to do.

"Well," Luke said, removing his hand from my shoulder and stepping in front of me, so we were face to face. "I have-"

"Luke? Is that you?" Luke was interrupted by what he was going to say by Amelia who appeared beside him, placing her small hands onto his arm.

I looked away from Luke, looking at Amelia who was glaring at me. "What's going on between you two?" Amelia asked, raising an eyebrow at the both of us.

I stepped back away from them both to create some distance shaking my head. "Nothing is going on, we just got food, I have to go," I stuttered turning around and walking fast paced away from them both.

I ignored Luke calling after me, my head was swirling. Was Luke going to say he had feelings for me? I shook my head, laughing to myself, there was no way that Luke had feelings for me, we were best friends, nothing more, nothing less.

One thing I did know, was that I had to leave. I had to go back home so I could get away from this situation that I didn't want to be placed in. I arrived back at the campsite entering my tent. I looked around the tent thankful the Michael wasn't there. I grabbed the clothes that were thrown loosely around the floor picking them up and throwing them into my suitcase.

Once I had everything packed, I zipped up the suitcase quickly, retrieving my phone from my jean pocket dialling the number for the taxi. Once the taxi was booked, I grabbed the handle of my suitcase opening the tent again and stepping out only to bump into someone
