Chapter 7

Tim's POV:
She's was barely breathing when she completely went unconscious. I'm scared as hell. She's not herself and barely has any blood left. "Sir, your daughter is in critical condition. Once we get to the hospital, we need to take her to surgery to remove the bullet, give her blood, and stitch her head and stomach up. She's going to be in the ICU." The paramedic says putting in an IV.
"Ok. Is she going to be okay?" I ask looking down at her.
"We do not know. We need to work fast and get blood back into her body and then it's a waiting game." He says sympathetically.
We get to the hospital 10 minuets later and an officer leads me to the waiting room as the doctors rush back with Maggie. About 10 minuets later Faith comes running in.
"Audrey, Hank, and Sam are getting oxygen. We can go back with them. Wesley is in a private room getting stitches and oxygen." She says as I stand up.
"Where's Gracie?" I ask concerned.
"She wasn't at the house. I can text her." Faith sighs.
We walk back to the room Audrey, Hank, and Sam are in.
"Hey kiddos." I say hugging all of them.
"Hey Dad." They all whisper.
"Is Maggie okay Daddy?" Sam asks looking over at me.
"I hope so buddy. She's getting treated." I say brushing his hair. Just then a nurse rolls Wesley in in a wheelchair.
"Hey bud." I say turning towards him.
"Where's Maggie?" He automatically asks.
"She's in surgery getting treated. She'll be out soon." I whisper. Hank hasn't said anything or looked up.
"Baby, are you okay?" Faith asks him grabbing his hand.
"She has to be okay." He whispers crying.
"She's going to be fine. The doctors are taking care of her." I say reassuring him. Just then a doctor walks in.
"She's out of surgery. She's in a room in the icu. She lost a lot of blood and still is getting all of it back. She has a severe concussion so she's still unconscious. Only 2 people are allowed in her room at a time right now because she's in a critical state." The doctor says.
"Ok. Can we see her?" I ask.
"Yes. I can take two back right now."
