Tim's POV:
The boys and I get back to the house about fifteen minutes later. We walk inside and all the other kids bombard me with questions.
"Dad can we go see her?" "How is she doing?" I should explain to them what's going on.
"Let's go sit down in the living room and we can talk." I softly say. We all walk into the living room and everyone sits down.
"Wesley, Hank y'all can go get started on your homework if you want." I state.
"I want to stay here."
"Me too."
"Ok." I sigh.
"Your sister is going through a lot right now and isn't doing the best she could be, but she's not the worst either. She's super tired and everything is taking a toll on her. I know y'all want to be with her, but she's not in the state that she wants people with her. Mom and I are going to work on getting her to being more interactive. It's going to take some time, but we're going to try." I state softly looking at the kids. They all look lost and upset. This has been hard on everyone.
"Do you know when we could possibly see her?" Audrey whispers.
"I don't know honey. Your mom and I will tell y'all when you can though. It's going to be a while." I say rubbing her hand.
Faiths POV:
"Baby, you okay?" I ask brushing Maggie's hair looking down at her. Maggie's lays there for a minute before shrugging. She's showing no emotion still. She keeps staring at the wall. I sigh. I lay with Maggie for another hour and she falls asleep soon before Tim slowly walks in.
"Hey." I sigh.
"Hey. Is she any better?" Tim sighs.
"No. Isn't speaking to respond to my questions. Barely will do motions." I sigh. I wish she was more interactive.
"Faith, we have to get her to be more interactive with us and everyone else. This is not acceptable." Tim states sitting down on the couch.
"I know. I just don't know how to without pushing her." I whisper. She's dead asleep.
"Me either, but at some point we might have to push her to get this to stop." Tim sighs rubbing his face. He's right. I don't want to push her, but we probably are going to have to. I slowly get up and walk over to the couch sitting down next to Tim.  We fall asleep soon after I sit down.
Tim's POV:
I wake up and look over at the clock. It's just now 7am. Maggie's still asleep. I slowly get up and grab my laptop and sit down next to Maggie's bed. I look through some emails before I hear Maggie stir.
"Hey baby." I whisper brushing her hair back. Maggie looks at me before looking away. Great we're still stuck in this state.
"Maggie, I need you to respond to me." I state calmly. Maggie shrugs not looking at me.
"Maggie Elizabeth." I sternly whisper as Faith walks over. Maggie doesn't even move.
"Baby." Faith softly says grabbing her hand. Maggie tries to pull her hand away, but soon relaxes. Maggie slowly turns her head turns Faith and I with tears rolling down her face.
"Hey, it's okay." I whisper wiping away her tears.
"I hate this." Maggie mouths through the mask. She hasn't been able to have it off since surgery which has been hard.
