A little while later both Steve and Y/N had finished eating, they sat around Sam's table. Everyone debating what to do next.

"So," Y/N started. "Question is, who at S.H.I.E.L.D. could launch a domestic missile strike?" she asked, looking towards Steve.

"Pierce," Steve answered flatly, resting his head on his hand.

"Who happens to be sitting on top of the most secure building in the world," Y/N added, sighing in frustration.

Steve shook his head, leaning back in his chair. "He's not working alone, Zola's algorithm was on the Lemurian Star."

Y/N pulled her head out of her hands and looked over at him, "So was Jasper Sitwell," she recalled.

"So the real question is, how do the two most wanted people in Washington kidnap a S.H.I.E.L.D. officer in broad daylight?" Steve questioned.

Sam then walked in, "The answer is, you don't," he said dropping a file on the table.

"What's this?" Steve asked as he picked it up, Y/N peered over his shoulder and read the file.

"Call it a resume," Sam answered.

Y/N picked up a picture of Sam and his pararescue team, "Is this Bahkmala? The Khalid mission, that was you," Y/N assumed. She had read a file about that operation while searching for the Winter Soldier a few months back.

Steve took the photo from Y/N, "Is this Riley?" he asked, showing the picture to Sam.

"Yeah," Sam answered with a slight nod of his head.

"I read that they couldn't even get choppers in there, what did you use? Stealth chutes?" Y/N asked.

"No," Sam said shaking his head, "These," he said putting another file on the table.

Steve opened it and read it, Y/N could tell by his expression that he was shocked, "I thought you said you were a pilot," he said looking up at Sam before handing the file to Y/N.

Sam shook his head, "I never said, pilot."

"I can't ask you to do this, Sam," Steve said. "You got out for a good reason."

"Dude, Captain, and Miss America need my help," Sam argued. "There is no better reason to get back in."

Steve sighed, "Where do we get our hands on one of these things?" he asked.

"The last one is at Fort Meade. Behind 3 guarded gates and a 12-inch steel wall," Sam explained.

Steve turned to Y/N who shrugged, "Shouldn't be a problem."

Shortly after picking up the wings for Sam the trio headed to a location they knew Sitwell would be at. A plan had been laid out, but there was no guarantee that it would work.

Sam had been positioned at a nearby coffee shop, Steve stayed stationed in a vehicle not far away, ready to intercept Sitwell. Y/N sat on a rooftop, her gun ready and pointed right at Sitwell.

Shortly after Sitwell was forced to get in the car he was pushed onto the roof by Steve, Y/N was already there and waiting.

"Tell me about Zola's algorithm," Steve demanded to know.

Sitwell shook his head in a panic, "Never heard of it."

Steve continued never the less, knowing that Sitwell was lying, "Why were you on the Lemurian Star?" he questioned.

"I was throwing up," Sitwell answered. "I get seasick," he explained.

Steve persisted and pushed Sitwell to the edge of the roof, just barely on the edge. However, Sitwell just stood there, a smug smile on his face.
