--Back to Amy's POV--
It's the University of Ottawa. They shouldn't be calling like that. I had no other choice than hide because I knew how ugly it's going to be.

"Miss Bouchard, I'm Madelaine Hanson, from the international house. We need to talk for a moment. I'm sorry to call in the morning like that, is it a good moment for us to talk." I can't avoid that conversation anyway, so what's the point?

"I'm good. Thank you for asking. Is something wrong?"

"Well... yes. We had some news from your parents in the hospital. For some reasons, the assurances have had a new clause that cancel any big transfers with an amount higher than 500 dollars when they are hospitalized or not totally lucid. For that reason, your inscription for the exchange with Cambridge has been put on hold. Therefore, if you don't come up with a new founding by the end of the month, you won't be accepted anymore." I can't believe this!

"As a University of Ottawa student, I can still pay my usual tuition, right?"

"Yes, that was the deal."

"Is there any way that I can get some help from the university?"

"I thought that you'd say that. You really are aware of your possibilities here, that's impressing."

"Thank you." Unfortunately, that won't help me with my new issue.

"We have signed you up in all the possible bursary that you're eligible to be accepted. You could earn up to 5,000 dollars. It includes the physical injury that makes you need some sophisticated material and a bursary for the most talented students with a good GPA. You'll receive an email when the bursary recipients will be chosen."

"Thank you to have done that. It could be really helpful..."

"I know it won't make your search easier for the funds, but I wanted to tell you that I've watched almost all the DnA videos where you appear. You really added light and compassion to the family. Something that explains why they had this popularity rise."

"Thank you. I suppose that one of your children have been loyal fans for a while?"

"Indeed, all three of them has been watching every single video. Even my fifteen years old boy."

"I'm glad. It's never been for a specific gender. Would you tell hin that for me, please?"

"Sure! He'd be glad to have your support..."

"Is everything alright?"

"Well..."

"If work make you hesitate, feel free to send me an email. I'll make sure to read it with both of them to see if we can help."

"That's wonderful, thank you. I'll send it to you by the end of the day."

"You're welcome. I'm more than happy to be helpful."

"I almost forgot. I'd suggest you call the accommodation services. Cambridge University will appreciate it better if you make the move first. They might be more..."

"Comprehensive?"

"Exactly. Have a nice day, Miss Bouchard."

"Thank you, Madelaine."

What awful news... I have to pay my whole year in England now.

"Cambridge accommodation services, my name is Lena, how can I help you?"

After explaining her my situation, I feel like I'm going to have a hard time again this year. The suite that I reserved with Lucy at home for the baby, her and I isn't available anymore because my inscription has been put on hold and the student behind me in the waiting list took the open spot. I can't blame them, but how can I do it now?
