Scarlett and the group met her parents at the fancy restaurant in the city. As usual, they took separate cars, but only two this time. Yanjun drove with Zhangjing, Ziyi, Linkai, and Xukun while Zhengting drove Scarlett and the kids.

The first to arrive was Yanjun's even though they were the one to leave later because Kunkun had to run back inside since he forgot his chapstick. Even though they had that set back, Zhengting took longer since his mother instincts told him to drive slower.

When their car arrived, the older boys were waiting outside for them. The valet came, but Xukun had been the one to open Scarlett's door and help her out. He held his hand out to her which she took and ducked out of Zhengting's car.

"Thanks, Kunkun," she smiled before adjusting her dress a bit. She then threw her hair over her shoulder due to it annoying her. When she was done, Xukun offered his arm to her. She gave him a look, but took it and the group turned and entered the building.

As they walked through, they were given looks from almost the whole restaurant, but they ignored it.

"Kids," Mrs. Huang called when they saw her. The group went quickly and greeted the Huang parents before taking their seats at the round table. Scarlett sat between Xukun and Mrs. Huang who sat beside her husband then it was Justin, Chengcheng, Zhengting, Zhangjing, Yanjun, Nongnong, Linkai, and Ziyi.

Yanjun was basically right across from Scarlett who was glancing down at her phone a moment. When she looked up, Yanjun was talking to Zhangjing.

"So, how is school going for you all," Mrs. Huang asked after the table had ordered their food and the waiters/waitresses put their drinks on the table.

"It's good, Mrs. Huang. I've checked everyone's grades lately and it seems everyone is doing good in their classes," Zhengting answered being that he was the parent of their house.

"That's nice to hear. If you need any help with anything I'm sure we can hired some tutors for you all," Mrs. Huang offered with a smile.

This woman is way too nice, all the boys thought.

"How about you, Xiulan. How's business class," Mr. Huang asked Scarlett. He and Scarlett never had a good relationship. Her father cared for her, there was no doubt about that, but he expected her to be the power house for the company although she wouldn't be taking it over, not that she even wanted to.

"It's going fine, Father. I wasn't able to take more business courses due to the late registration, but I'm sure I'll have my needed classes next semester," Scarlett replied in a different tone then usual, causing eyes to move to her.

"See to it that you get those classes. If not we'll just have to make sure you attend a different University. As well, I hope that you know that your position is only temporary. I don't want any distractions like I allowed the past couple years. We all know where that got you."

The air was awkward. No one knew what to do. Justin quietly looked around the table to see the others so surprised. Mr. Huang didn't act like this when he first saw Scarlett back and they never seen him that way with Justin.

"Of course, Father. There won't be trouble," Scarlett answered in a monotonous, beside her, her mother grabbed her wrist and gave Scarlett a loving smile. Scarlett returned the smile, but it wasn't as genuine as it usually would be.

"Anyways," her mother said as if shooing away the tension. "It's Justin's birthday dinner so let's have a nice time, shall we?"

"Yes, Mom," Justin smiled while the other boys agreed. Scarlett muttered her agreement before taking a drink of her water.
