"Where's Crimson," Yanjun asked Ziyi and Linkai who were quietly sitting on the couch when he got home from the restaurant.

"She's umm," Ziyi cleared his throat, shifting in his seat. "She's in her room, bro."

"She doesn't want to talk to anyone and specifically asked that no one bothered her," Xiao Gui informed looking serious, but also upset.

"Oh. Okay," Yanjun nodded his head and sat down on the couch with a sigh. Maybe it was a good thing since he had no idea what he would even say to her.

"So...are you mad at Justin," the youngest asked because he was a little mad at the child himself.

"Not really...I mean if I had a sister I don't know if I'd like my friend to date her," Yanjun said trying to put himself in Justin's shoes. "She is his 'princess' after all."

"So you're just going to give up? Just like that?"
Linkai asked sitting up, becoming angrier over what happened. "You both like each other. That's clear as crystal and you're just both going to ignore that feeling. I shipped you since the very first day and you're just going to let our ship sink? How dare you! Do you know how much development this ship has made the past forty-two chapters?"

"I know, but I can't change the fact that Justin doesn't want us together and we both know Scarlett cares about what Justin thinks."

"Yeah, but you like her...don't you?"

"Yanjun likes every girl," Justin said walking into the room. "That's why he flirts with girls left and right and doesn't care about their feelings afterwards. He's the type of guy who brings a girl into his room and kicks Jing-ge out to do you know what with them."

"Justin," Zhengting warned, but not over the fact that he was talking about the deed.

"No, if I ever let Yanjun date Scarlett she would just get her heart broken," he said, not letting it go. "She'll be just like any girl he's ever been with."

Yanjun met Justin's eyes as the boy glared over to him. He couldn't blame him though. Yanjun had been with a bunch of girls (he didn't sleep with them all), but Scarlett was different.

"Don't you think that's for Scarlett to decide," Xukun asked, leaning against the wall. "I mean, I understand where you're coming from, Justin, but Yanjun isn't like that with Scar."

"You wouldn't understand because you don't have a sister."

"Well, shes become a sister to all of us - with the exception of Yanjun, of course - but we all just think-"

"No. Yanjun and Scarlett aren't dating. I don't want to talk about it anymore," Justin cut Zhangjing off and walked out of the room.

The room filled with tension became silent. No one really knew what to say especially with Yanjun still sitting in his spot.

"Hey, guys! I found the board ga...why is there so much tension in the room," Nongnong asked, holding a box in his hands.

"Did you sleep last night," Yanjun asked Scarlett as the two of the stood on the side of the stage. Scarlett had locked her door the night before and Yanjun ended up sleeping in his own bed for the first time since the two came back from California.

"Yes," Scarlett answered, quietly. She had cried last night and for once, it wasn't over her nightmares. For her, it felt like they broken up even though they weren't a couple. She felt like her heart was torn out of her chest and for some reason, it was the worst pain of her life.

"It doesn't have to be like-"

"Let's not talk about it right now," Scarlett cut him off, turning from him and looking at the crowd of people who watched the act before them.

Yanjun's eyes ran over her. She was wearing a hoodie that matched his along with a pair of shorts. Her hair was tied up in a high ponytail and her makeup was how it usually was, very little. His eyes followed hers to see her looking at Justin who was doing a strange dance. A small left Scarlett's mouth and Yanjun watched as her pinks lips pulled into a smile that revealed her straight white teeth.

Without thinking, Yanjun took a step towards Scarlett and wrapped his arms around her. The girl she went still like a statue for a moment and when she tried to push him off of her, he held tighter.

"Let's at least be happy dancing together. I'm sure your brother wouldn't mind that," Yanjun muttered. Scarlett felt his heart against her, beating at a fast pace.

"Yeah, okay," she whispered and debated on whether or not she should tell him to let go since it seemed he wasn't moving away from her. She decided against it though. She knew after this dance, the two of them would revert back to when they first met except they would no longer play their game.

"Jiayou," Chengxiao smiled to the two as she walked past them, off the stage with her small gang of people who said their own good lucks to them.

"I guess this is it," Yanjun said removing himself from her.

"Yeah. This is it," Scarlett murmured looking to him. He offered her a sad smile that broke her heart to pieces, but like the past couple of years, Scarlett ignored her feelings.
