Part 2!

I stood silently, eyes wide at the unfortunate scene in front of me, and wondered what my options were.

1. Find an exit and take my time to get there, not touching anything and not getting hurt but probably losing the challenge... which would be damn annoying at this point.

2. Fight my way through like a maniac and probably land myself in the hospital wing along with Sirius and maybe first or second place

3. Well actually I don't have a third..

I looked over at Sirius who looked like he was thinking of something as well. I laughed softly and he turned to stare at me, probably thinking how on earth I could be laughing at a time like this.

"Fight our way through?" Sirius contemplated his eyes on me. I chuckled again.

"You read my mind"

~Sirius~

I watched as Seri's eyes hardened and she put her wand out in front of us, almost creating a war stance. I would have laughed but her face looked so serious she might have hit me. Instead, I followed in her lead, wand out, looking around cautiously.

"Scared?" I asked her, genuinely interested. Truth be told I was scared shitless but I would rather miss out on a full moon then admit that. She turned to me and grinned.

"You wish" Seri laughed to herself as if she had just told an actually worthy joke. I raised an eyebrow at her.

"You had to be there" She replied, waving me away and we both fell silent. The room was overly dark and with the minimal light creating shadows across the hard wooden floor, everything seemed bigger and much more threatening than usual. I mean it's not every day that you see a giant teddy bear.

That giant ball of crap could eat me whole.

There was a small path between the lost things, but I could already see the end of it being blocked by a giant wooden box. It was dark and completely made out of wood that looked like it was half eaten away by termites. I wondered whether I should just blast the damn box into pieces when I crashed into Seri.

"What th-" but she glared and shushed me. I raised an eyebrow but said nothing as she stayed perfectly still, staring intently at the box, almost as if it was about to transfigure into a dragon.

"I swear on merlin's grave that the box just moved," She said cautiously, her voice sounding surprisingly frightened. Out of instinct, I pulled her back from the box and wrapped my arms around her protectively. It was now her turn to raise her eyebrows at me.

"Just, helping... You know," I swallowed and she turned back to face the box, stifling a laugh.

"So... what do you think is in there?" Seri asked innocently and I scowled at her long hair.

"I have no idea," I replied, sighing and pushing my hand through my hair. Just then the box gave a definite jolt and both Seri and I jumped back in surprise.

"Something big," I said on second thought, looking for a way around it. Seri, however, stepped forward, wand out and unlocked the box.

I held my breath as the door creaked open so very slowly. Suddenly there was a whirl of wind in front of my face and I finally realised what was in that damn box. Seri stood there with wide-eyes and I could almost hear the puzzle piece clicking together in her brain as she figured out what it was as well.

Standing in front of us was a woman around her mid-40s, with short brown hair and dark eyes. Her clothes had a sort of motherly look to them but she stared at Seri with a look in her eyes that was far from a loving mum.
