"are you sure i look okay?" i asked the girls for the millionth time and they all told me i looked great, again. "stop worrying. this is harry, he's seen you thousands of times, looking thousands of different ways, and he's always thought you were beautiful, because you are." jaz assured me and i let out a breath.
"thank you guys so much." i said, sincerely, as i held robbie close to me. suddenly, a knock on the door made me clench my stuffed bunny even harder, as if that were possible. "i'll get it, you just breathe." lea instructed as she walked over to the front door and opened it, revealing the very attractive man child that was here to take me on a date and they walked into the living room, where the girls and i were.
"wow, robbie? you're that worried about going on a date with me?" harry joked, but i could tell that it was worrying him a little. "hi, harry. i'm not worried about you, i'm just worried that i'll mess this up." i tell him as i place robbie down gently on the couch.
"you couldn't mess this up if you tried. it's already a perfect night just because you agreed to go out with me." harry comforted as he pulled me against his chest. "and you look beautiful by the way." he added quietly, so only i could hear. i blushed, hiding my face in his shoulder.
"alright, you two. get out of here before i vomit." jaz joking shooed harry and i. we both laughed and walked out of the house. "i'm serious, you look so unbelievably stunning in that dress. why have i never seen that one before?" harry asked me as we walked to the car that was waiting for us. "well thank you very much, styles. i bought it just for tonight."
"i'm that special that you would buy a new dress just for me?" harry pretending to wipe a tear and i shoved him playfully, "oh whatever." he opened the door for me and i climbed in the backseat, with him climbing in after me. "so what's the plan, styles? why'd you make me get all dressed up?" i asked him and he shrugged. "because i know that even though you act like you don't, you like to be girly and wear dresses sometimes."
he told me which made me smile. he knew me better than anyone else. he really listened when i told him things, and he knew things without me having to tell him, like that. i didn't tell people that i liked to be girly, because i didn't want to be just like my sisters, and i only liked to be girly every once in a while.
when we got to where we were going, i couldn't help but smile. it was a beautiful restaurant that we had always passed by but never went to. bluebird, it was called. i always talked about how pretty it was and he always asked if i wanted to go but i told him no because it looked very romantic, not like a place you would go with your best friend. i would tell him about how i wanted justin to take me but he wouldn't.
"i hope this is okay, you always talked about how much you wanted to go so i figured-" harry started but i cut him off with a quick kiss on the lips. "it's incredible. it's perfect, harry, really." he smiled as the driver opened the door for us, harry climbed out first and helped me out of the car. we were immediately greeted by paps, as expected, but i just held tightly to harry's hand as we walked into the restaurant.

it turned out that harry had reserved a table that was private from the rest of the restaurant, so that no one could bother us. "i'm so happy to finally come here, especially since i'm here with you." i smiled at him. "it's always been my plan to take you here, whenever i got the courage to ask you out, which only took me three and a half years!" harry chuckled, making me giggle."i can't believe it took us so long to tell each other we liked each other." i shook my head, laughing at our childishness. "well, there was the fact that we met when you werent even 15, and i was 17 so the age difference was weird and then there was justin, and everything just seemed to be against us for a while there." he laughed.
"so you just decided to wait three years until i was 18 and single?" i asked him, jokingly. "worth it." he smirked, making me smile like an idiot, despite my best efforts to stop myself. "hi guys, my name is stephanie, i'll be your waitress for the night." a blonde woman smiled at us and we said hello to her. "can i get you two something to drink? i'm a big fan of both you by the way." she smiled shyly and we talked to her for a minute before she went off to get our drinks.
"i'm so glad we're finally doing this. you have no idea how many times i tried to tell you how in love with you i am." harry laughed before realizing what he said. "you're in love with me?" i asked in surprise. "harry that's a really big thing to say." i told him and he shook his head. "i shouldn't have said that. i mean, it's true, but i shouldn't spring that on you right now, i'm sorry." he apologized, clearly getting flustered. "harry, it's okay." i smiled, grabbing his hand on top of the table.
—————
"no, i'm serious! are you sure i've never told you this story before?" i laughed as harry wheezed. "no! i would remember if you told me this!" he pointed out. "well it happened when i was like 5 and my teacher told me i'd have to skip recess for three days as a punishment for saying the word 'shit', so i told her with a completely straight face, like totally seriously, 'you are a stupid bitch, and i cannot wait until they fire your dumbass.' and i got suspended as a first grader." i recounted as harry laughed loudly."you've been cursing since first grade?" he asked me, through laughter and i shook my head quickly, "since before preschool, have you met my family? my sisters were in their 20's, so i heard these words everyday, of course i repeated them." i shrugged, still laughing a little. he shook his head at me. "that shouldn't have surprised me at all, i know how you are with your curse words." harry shrugged making me chuckle.
—————
"thank you for tonight, h." i smiled as harry paid for the bill. "next time, i'm paying." i added and he shook his head quickly. "good luck with that." he laughed. "come on, there's somewhere else i want to go." he told me as he stood up, grabbing my hand and helping me up."okay." i smiled at him as he led me out of the restaurant and through the paparazzi to the car. when we got into the car, i stared at him as he looked out the window. he was so effortlessly beautiful. i know boys don't really like to be called beautiful, gorgeous, or pretty, but he was.
