"knock, knock!" i hear a voice say as my front door opens. i stand up out of my yoga pose and walk to where i can see what's happening. i see louis, niall, liam, zayn, and harry walking down the hall towards me. i immediately smile at the sight of my boys.
"boys!" i scream, running and jumping on the closest one, who happened to be louis. he yelped in surprise, but caught me. i hugged all of them. "what are you guys doing here?" i asked them. "we haven't seen you in a while, and wanted to spend some time with you." niall smiled. i smiled back, knowing that the real reason was that they wanted to check on me and make sure i was okay, but it didn't bother me. i was just happy to see them. —————

comments were disabled on this post ————— i posted my first picture on instagram since true whole justin thing, but i still kept the comments off cause i wasn't sure i was ready to deal with all that yet, but i wanted people to know that i was okay.
the boys were playing bowling on the wii when there was a knock at the door. i looked to harry to see him smiling a guilty smile at me. "what did you do?" i asked him, my eyes growing wide. "you'll see. come on!" he stood up from the couch, pulling me with him.
when he opened the door, i wanted to cry, i was so happy. outside were my best friends, azalea, jasmine, and alexis. they were my best friends, apart from taylor, and the boys, but azalea and alexis had been filming a movie in florida. "oh my god! hi!" i screamed as i hugged them. i'd seen jaz a few days ago, but not the other two in a while, so this was super exciting for me. "come in! come in!" i ushered them inside the house and shut the door.
"what are you doing here?" i asked them excitedly as we all sat on the couch, harry joining the boys in their bowling competition. "your boyfriend flew us out here to come see you." azalea smirked and i stared at her with a quit it look and her smirk grew into a full smile. "he's not my boyfriend." i explained and jaz scoffed, adding, "not for lack of trying on his part." i glared at her and she shut up quickly. "he likes you, and you clearly like him, so why aren't you two together?" lex asks and i shrug.
"i don't know, i just feel like it's really soon. justin and i broke up a week ago, and i don't know if i'm ready to rush into another relationship. also, i don't want harry thinking he's just a rebound or anything." i explained with glancing over at the beautiful boy as he laughed at louis who was doing an awful job at wii bowling.
"well is he?" lex asked, making me turn my attention back to her. "is he what?" i was confused. "just a rebound?" she questioned again. "i've had a crush on harry for years, you guys know that." i said quietly, "i love him. i'm just waiting for the right time." i told them, staring at harry. we made eye contact and he smiled confusedly at me. i smiled back at him happily before looking at the girls again.
"seems like it's been the right time for years." alexis smirked, azalea adding "better late than never i guess, just don't wait too long. don't wait for him to move on." alexis and jasmine nodded in agreement as i just watched harry as he won the game. they were right. i needed to do something sooner or later, and for whatever reason, i was feeling weirdly confident right then, so i decided, now or never.
i stood up and walked over to him as he celebrated his win. "congratulations." i smiled. he opened his mouth to say thank you but i cut him off by pressing my lips to his, in front of everyone. it took him a second to react, he was probably shocked. but after a short moment, he kissed me back.
as cheesy as it sounds, i had forgotten that there were other people in the room. it felt like only me and harry until reality came back and i heard cheers and applause, making me pull away from harry. all of our friends were shocked but impressed by my bold move and continued to cheer, making me laugh lightly.
harry was frozen still, with a small smile on his face. "what just happened?" he asked quietly so only i would hear, breaking our silence, laughing happily. it was then that i decided to mess with him.
"i got no control." i smirked, speaking just as quietly as he had and he rolled his eyes playfully. "quoting my own song? way to ruin the moment." he joked and i smiled at him, "i'm sorry but i had to. i couldn't stop myself." he groaned, pretending to be annoyed, but it was clear that he was amused. "should we talk about this?" i asked him and he nodded, taking my hand and leading me to kendall and i's back porch.
