When they bought me a lot of clothes I thanked them like 100 times. Ryland and Shane just gave me a hug, telling me it was nothing. While it isn't just nothing for me. They gave me so much in these few days I was with them.

We go back to Shane's house and Garrett got tired so he fell asleep in the car with his head on my shoulder.
"You guys would make a cute couple," Ryland says.
"Thank you...?" I say more asking. I glare over at the sleeping boy.
Yes, he is cute. Yes, his personality is amazing. But... He's maybe too good to be true. He's perfect.
How can Ryland say him and I can make a cute couple? I'm...  Nothing. I finally look presentable after 7 years. I am a mess. I don't have a house or a job. I don't fit with him. And I have a girls body.

"What do you think of him?" Morgan asks. I glare over at Andrew and he isn't recording, what comforts me a little.
"He's nice. Why?"
"Just nice?" Shane asks.
"Yes? I don't know him that well and so far he's fun to be around."
"Do you think he's boyfriend material?"
I turn bright red. Ryland sees it and yells his name.
"What? I'm just asking," Shane replies to his boyfriend innocently.

"I'm not really looking for a relationship at the moment... I can't love someone if I don't love myself. I want to feel comfortable in my body 1st and feel more like my gender, what I kind of do already, but I am just not looking. So I honestly don't really look at him thinking that."

"But you aren't thinking something like: maybe one day I can be together with [blank]? Or [blank] is cute?" Ryland asks.
"I mean... yeah. But it's not that I want to be together with someone. I have people I think are cute but I can't love someone at the moment."

Everyone nods in agreement. Garrett snuggles into my neck in his sleep. I feel his breathe against my neck and it tingles a little. A quick giggle escapes my mouth.

"You guys look like a couple. For real," Shane says.
"He's just asleep," I say and go with my hand through his hair.
"But he's snuggled up with you. It's really adorable," Ryland says.
I chuckle. "You keep calling us adorable, huh?"
"You guys are both adorable. It's just a fact."
I laugh a little.

"I want to record so badly," Andrew says.
"Go for it," I say and look outside.
He nods and grabs his camera.
"Oh my God," Morgan randomly says. Everyone looks at her. "I really want Chipotle."
Everyone laughs and Garrett slowly wakes up again. He wraps his arms around me and pulls me closer. But he opens his eyes and looks around confused.

When he notifies his position his eyes get big and he sits down normally. "I am so sorry," Garrett says while he turns red.
"It's fine. No worries," I say.
He smiles weakly and turns even redder when he sees the camera focused on him.
"How long have you been recording me?" He asks Andrew.
"A few seconds," he replies.
I focus my attention on the road and get lost in my thoughts.

I think about everything that happened to me these past days and how my life changed. How they are going to take care of me and help me out. How they told me I am not going to be homeless anymore. 
But then I realized something... My mom. What if she sees what they recorded. I never mentioned her or anything about her what can lead to her. But I don't want my mom to find me and come after me... or Shane.
They literally are the best thing to happen to me and I don't want to get into more trouble for just knowing me or making videos about me.
They already give me so much and are willing to give me more. Something I still can't wrap my head around.
