Today I went to work and washed up for Sunday lunch. I thought it was going to be really busy but in fact I was standing around and helping to prepare sugar-snap peas, and I got a £22.50 tip from last time I went in! So worth all the back pain 😬
We had steak on the BBQ for tea with tomato salad (tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt and black pepper). It may sound simple but when you've eaten all the tomatoes and you're just left with the deliciously seasoned oil and balsamic you can absorbed it all in bread and eat all the flavours together it's amazing! 😋
