Today, at work, it was someone's birthday and their friend brought in a came for us to bring out and surprise them with. It was amazingly decorated with chocolate drizzles, sweets and a miniature fondant lady perching on the side of the cake who I think was meant to be the birthday girl. It was very impressive!
