Sebastian's POV

We arrive at one of Luke's favorite mundane restaurants, Marie Calendars. We all get seated when suddenly Clary speaks up.

"Mom? What were you going to say earlier before the brothers walked in? About miscarriages?" she asked

"Oh, well I was going to say that Sebastian was right, it does happen sometimes but not a lot. It's pretty rare." she answers. I admittedly see Jace and Clary relax their shoulders to the answer. Sucks that they are going to be one of those rare chances. But me and Clary can make a new one.

Jace POV

I am so relieved to hear that miscarriages are pretty rare, but Sebastian's look gives me the chills. Why does he look like he is thinking about something evil? why does he ALWAYS look like he is thinking about some thing evil? I just hope he isn't thinking about anything to do with anyone we know. I would hate to see Clary, and Jocelyn for that matter, lose him again.

"Hunny? Are you quite alright?" Clary asks

"Hmm?" I say then refocus "oh, yes I'm fine love. Just a but tired."

"Okay, want to go to the house then? They can take Bass home." Clary says. Bass? is that a nick name for him..? ugh. Now I REALLY hope he isn't being evil.

"Yes please. I miss you, just you. When is Sebastian leaving our manor by chance?" I ask

"I don't know, he is family though and we don't turn our backs on family." she states. Man. She is too sweet for her own good.

"Hey, me and Jace are just going to go back to the house," Clary says to everyone "maybe you guys could take Sebastian shopping for new cloths?"

"Yeah, that seems okay with me, you hunny?" Jocelyn asks Sebastian.

"Uhm, well I don't really need-" he starts

"Oh come on. I wanna spend more time with you pleaseeee?" Jocelyn begs

"Fine, okay. Not to long... right?" he asks. Strange. He doesn't want cloths. What man doesn't want new free cloths. It's almost as he doesn't want me and Clary to be alo- that's it. He still likes Clary ! I'm sure of it. Well, he better find someone else because she is mine.
