Ever After

Finally back... Again.

A/N : hey guys ! So so so SORRY I haven't written anything /.\ I'm not going to lie and say I was busy, because I wasn't all that busy. I mean school started so I haven't had all day everyday to write something or think something new , again so sorry 😘

Clary's POV

We just got back from the hospital and I take off to my room. On the way there I see the room where it was suppose to be the nursery. I stop in front of the door and look into the blue and yellow room. I take a step inside and start crying. I hear two set of foot steps behind me and I know it's Jace, but who is the other foot steps? Jace wraps his arm around me and then long black hair falls over my shoulder as me and Jace are on the floor. I look up to see Isabelle with tears in her eyes.

"Hey...." She says

"Hi.." I say back. I get up and hug her and we both start to cry "I miss him, I miss him so much. You were right, I shouldn't have trusted Sebastian that much. I killed him. I killed my son."

"No Clary, it's not your fault. Sebastian is manipulative. He can fool anyone he wants too." She says while shaking her head.

"I want my baby back. I want to get my mother back." I say "I want to kill Sebastian."

"Okay Clary, okay." She says "get some rest first."

"She's right love" Jace says. I forgot he was even here

"I'm still mad at you." I say as I look at Jace "but I need you more then ever right now and you need me. So I'll forget you didn't tell me as soon as you could. This time."

"Okay babe." he says while walking away

** time lapse to Bat and Maia **

"So, you wanted to talk?" Lora says, the new clan leader

"Yes." Bat says simple like.

"What about? Is one of my followers in trouble?" Lora asks

"No, we think you are." I say. Trying to cut it short.

"Me? What have I done?" She asks "Is Lucian mad at me?"

"Who is the darklord?" I ask

"I-uh the Darklord?" she says

"Bullshit. You know who he is." Bat spits

"Excuse your language. We are just talking." She says shortly

"Yes, I apologize for his tongue. But we already have an inside look that you know who the dark lord is." I say back. Lying but what else should I say to get her to talk.

"I am not lying here. I have no clue of the dark lord. Who has said I have any connection with her/him?" she asks. She really doesn't know. Is their am inside job?

"Do you know anyone trying to take over your role and clan leader by chance?" I ask, trying to gather info

"Yes. A few doesn't want a girl, new one at that, leading. They say that I am. It experienced enough in the vampire knowledge to know how to rule thousands of them." She explains

"Oh? You are new? I have heard rumors but didn't know for sure." Bat lies, we new she was new. Where is he going with this? "You just seem so.. good at your job." He says with a smile. Flirting? really. His GIRLFRIEND is right here.

She smiles and leans forward "you're cute, but she's cuter." she points towards me, oh. Uh.. "I am into girls. Not boys hunny." She says to Bat.

"Oh, my apologies." He says rejected, serves you right, dick.

"Even if I did like boys, flirting gets you no where." She says

"Just tell me who wants you gone the most. The name or names please." I say, cutting it even shorter

"Josh and Toby" she says "they are two of the orders vampires in the clan. They are brothers."

"Okay, where can we find them?" I ask and look at Bat

"The mini golf course, the abandoned one." She replies

"Thank you so much Lora." I say, really hoping she isn't tricking us

"Welcome." she says "call me anytime." and with that we leave to go call Luke.
