I walk into my house hoping Clary is home, what I walk into wasn't anything I was expecting. In front of me in the living room sits Luke, Izzy, Magnus, and Jocelyn. Wait Jocelyn? Wasn't she gone...
"Uh.. hey?" I say to all of them
"Hi Jace.." Iz said
"Hello Jace" Jocelyn said to me, like she wasn't missing for a month or anything
"What.. what are you doing here?" I say "where's Clary?"
"She, she uhm left with Jonathan." I hear Jocelyn say but I don't believe it
"What. No she didn't." I say in utter disbelief "she wouldn't leave me for-for him."
Jocelyn gets up and walks toward me "Jace hunny.. I saw it with my own eyes. She left Jace.. She is gone."
"No.. not for him. No." I say as a tear slips down my cheek
"She did Jace.." Iz says from my left
"Isabelle shut up! I know you knew about this. You hid this from me!! You helped her leave me!" I shout at her
"But Jace- You don't understand!" she says with tears running down her face
"No. I understand perfectly." and I walk away.
