Izzy? Are you sure about this. What if he catches Jace dropping off the spell? -clary
He won't, you know that Jace is sneaky Clare, it'll be fine. And with the directions you gave us, he will be fine. He knows where Sebastian took you. Just get him to eat it or drink the spell somehow okay? -Isabelle
That sounds a lot harder then it seems. Like do I put it in the drink and mix it around? Do I grind it?
Just drop it in coffee or hot coco. It'll be fine. Don't sweat okay? Jace will be there in 10 minutes.
NO! Bass isn't home and hasn't been for 2 hours. What if he catches him? No. Contact me when he gets home
Clary that could be all day. We want you home now. Everyone does.
Okay... So Jace will wait outside for me?
Yes. Have the note and everything packed. We don't know how long he will be out.

** ten minutes later **

Jace is there. Open your window. -Iz
Okay, thank you izzy -Clary
I go to open the window for Jace when I see him hopping over the wall. Gosh I've missed him so much! He looks up and sees me. And instantly moves faster. He climbs up the wall and jumps gracefully into my room. He sets down the spell, looks at me, and grabs me into a super tight hug. I pull away and grab his face and kiss him. I've missed this, kissing the man I love. Oh how I love him so.
"Clary, my love, I've missed you so much. Never leave me again. Please. It just might kill me next time." Jace says
"Baby I am so sorry! I love you with all my heart, I won't do anything so stupid ever again without telling you about it. I know just how much I hurt you when I called you.. It killed me too." I say
"I love you Clary. I knew it wasn't true, that someone or something was in the way."
"I love you too Jace." I say as he pulls me in for a heavy passionate kiss. I pull away when I hear the door downstairs slam
"Sister?!" I hear Bass yell
"Shit, stay up here. Don't make a sound." I say to Jace as I kiss him one last time "coming brother!" I turn and Jace already knows what I am thinking. He tosses me the spell and I put it in my pocket.

**down stairs**

"Hey brother, I'm feeling cold, want some hot coco? You haven't lived until you've tried it." I say to Bass, hoping he doesn't notice how nervous I am
"Sure" he says with the loving smile he always wears when I am around, the same smile that haunts me in my sleep. "I need to talk to you though sister. About something important"
"Alright, let me start on the hot coco, if that's alright with you."
"Of course."
As I heat up the milk, I try and think of a way to get him gone long enough for me to prepare everything. "Hey Bass, can you take over for a second? I need something from my room."
"I don't know how to make hot coco, just tell me what it is and I'll go fetch it for you."
"No no, all you have to do is stir. I'll be right back." I say fast so he doesn't have time to say no again. I run up stairs and walk into my room to see Jace laying on my bed. What a lazy ass sometimes. "Babe?" I whisper
"Yeah?" He whispers back
"You think you could write that note and pack quietly for me?"
"Sure. I love you"
"I love you too. Oh! Toss me that jacket will you?"

** down stairs **

"Am I doing this right?" Bass asks
"Haha yes. You can't mess up hot coco" I say and take over again.
"So, do you think you're coming down with a cold?"
"I might be. Can you turn on the heater?"
"Yes, anything for you." As he turns around I take out two cups, put the spell at the bottom of one and pour hot coco in the cup. I take coffee creamer and mix it all up with a spoon. There... it's done. All he needs to do is drink it. "Alright, all done"
"Smells amazing" I give him the cup and he takes a small sip. I wonder how long until it works "so, I was wondering, do you want to help me with my plan? The over lord plan."
"What no! I wished you weren't even involved at all!"
"Clary it's just-" he starts but he falls over "what-what is happen-ning"
"A lot actually, I hope you have a nice life." I say and run up the stairs "Jace! Are you done?!"
"With the note yeah, here!" He gives it to me and I run down stairs and put it on the table. I run back upstairs and help Jace finish packing.
"You ready?" I ask Jace
"Ready." he says. And we jump out the window and run as far as we can. I get to go home. Finally.
