It's time

Clary's POV

"Luke?" I ask

"Yes honey?" he replies back

"Do we have a plan to get mom back..?" I ask, hoping the answer is yes.

"I think I have one.. it's risky. But I bet we can pull it off. You and Jace are very important in this.. he will have to agree with it." he tells me

"Tell me first?" I ask quickly "she is my mom."

"Well.. Jonathan wants you more then anything. So maybe we should "let" him have you. You understand?" he tells me, with a hint of question.

"I understand, I do. But we have done that before.. maybe this time only me and you should know the plan. It will hurt Jace more then anything, but I need my mom. He will understand.." I tell Luke

"Okay dear. If that's what you think is the best choice. I'm in." he says "what should we do? What's convincible?"

"I think I should call him and tell him "Sebastian, it's me, Clary. Luke needs my mother back. I need my mother back.. let me see her, and talk to her.. and I'll come live with you. Never run away.. I swear I'm the only one that will know. But please, give me that at least." what do you think?" I ask him.

"Very believable. But how can we get you back?" he asks, good question

"Uh.. we need Magnus's help. I'll tell him the plan too. It can be the 3 of us. Deal?" I say

"Deal." He replies "call him up."

** on the phone with Magnus **

"Hello?" -Magnus

"Magnus? Are you alone?" -Clary

"Yes, I am. What's going on?"

"I need your help, can you come over?"

"Of course"

"Alone?"

"Sure"

"Thank you"

** hangs up **

"He is on his way over." I say to Luke

"Good that." he says back

Magnus' POV

When I hang up with Clary I start to feel very worried. 'What would they need me for' is running through my mind. But, I push it aside and go to get dressed. Leather pants and a cheetah shirt with a black scarf is what I decide to throw on, to keep it classy, but subtle. I go to write a note to Alexander

Be back later , emergency - Magnus

And out I go

** Clary's house **

I knock on her door and she opens it.

"Hello Magnus, thanks for coming."

"Well of course. What's going on? Jace home?"

"No, he is with Alec today."

"Oh, right, forgot" I say "so what's up?"

"I need a spell , a big one. Probably an illegal one at that."

"Oooh. Sounds fun" I pause "what for?"

"I need a way to contact Luke or you while I'm with Sebastian. Any ideas?" she asks cheery.

"I'm sorry deary, what!?" I half yell

"I said I nee-"

"I heard you. But why?"

"I need to save my mother." She says "and this plan has to work"

"But-"

"Can you do it or not?" she asks snappy

"I'll look around in the grey book"

"Okay thank you!" she says and hugs me , poor girl.
