How could you!

Clary's POV

Jace came back from getting the pills Sebastian gave me and the doctors are testing them as we speak.

"Do you want to tell me who gave you those pills now?" Jace asks quietly

"Seb-Sebastian..." I say

"You trusted SEBASTIAN with our BABY?!" Jace screams

"He's my BROTHER!" I say back half yelling "wouldn't you trust izzy!"

"She isn't fucking evil like your demon of a brother Clarrisa." he snapped.

Wow. That hurt. "DONT YOU CUSS AT ME! And he isn't a demon! He was trying!" I yell back tears threatening to surface.

"Yeah, trying to get in your pants! Why are you so oblivious to when a guy wants you!?" he yelled back. Why is he yelling at me? We just lost our baby.. "You know what, whatever Jace. We just lost our baby boy and you could care less. Why isn't this hurting you? It's killing me." I ask

"I do care, I just don't know why you trusted him that much." He said, a tear going down his face. "I care so much..."

"Why are we fighting, he's the one to blame.. He can't be trusted. I know that now. I want him out of the house and out of my life." I say "my mom is going to be so devastated."

"We will get through this together." he said "I love you Clary."

"And I love you Jace." I say

Maia's POV

The fair folk have grown quite and I'm scared that they are planning something again. I haven't heard Sebastian's name be mentioned anywhere though. Bat says that the night children keep mentioning the darklord but I don't know who that is yet. I need to let Luke know that Sebastian hasn't been mentioned anywhere around here. I texted Luke saying "no name of Sebastian down here, the fair folk have been quite and the night children have been mentioning the name of darklord. Just letting you know."
