Whose the darklord?

Luke's POV

Maia mentioned the name of the darklord, who could that be? Sounds like something Valentine would call himself, but he is dead and no way is he coming back. And Sebastian, well honestly it could be him but Jocelyn would be devastated. And if it's not him then she would get mad at me for actually thinking it was him. I have no idea how to figure this out. Maybe Sebastian really has changed. I need to talk to someone who actually doesn't trust him like Clary and Jocelyn. But who?

Jace's POV

"Hey, can we talk?" -Luke

"Yeah, when and where?" I shot back. Why is Luke of all people texting me? Something serious must have happened.

"I'll come up there, my house?" -Luke

"Okay, meet you there in an hour?" I said, worry showing on my face.

"Jace hunny? Are you okay? You look worried" clary asked, I have to admit as much as I mad at her, I love her and when she knows what I am feeling. Then it comes in flashes. Her saying Sebastian have her the pills, the doctors telling me that she had miscarried. Her tear soaked face.. how could she have trusted him?

"Yeah, I'm okay. Just thinking about what just happened in less then 24 hours.... Clary baby what should we do?" I say

"What do you mean?" she says

"Should we try again.. if yes when? Should we tell izzy and them or not worry them with it. Help me out here." I say, quietly.

"We do what we always do, fight. Yes, of course we try again. This was his fault. It wouldn't have happened if-" she stuttered. "if I hadn't trusted him."

"Okay baby, get some rest. I'm going to run errands, I'll be back in an hour or so, okay?" I ask

"Okay." She says "I love you.. and I really am sorry."

"I know, and I love you too" I say as I give her a quick kiss on the forehead. Then move my lips to hers and kiss long and hard.

** time lapse **

I don't see Luke anywhere and I'm starting to think that he isn't going to show up. Then out of no where a portal opens up and he walks out.

"Hey." he says

"Hi." I reply.

"So, what's the news with Clary and the baby? Is he kicking yet?" he asks and I feel the tears start to fall. He suddenly looks confused and asks "Jace, what happened?"

I look up, "Clary miscarried. He's gone..." I break out crying. Man I sure look weak don't i?

"Oh... oh I am so sorry." he goes up and holds me. "Shhhh, it's okay.. it'll be okay. Shhhh. Where is she? The hospital?" I nod, "Lets go, what I have to say can wait."

"No," I say while wiping my face. Gosh I feel like such a pussy. "What is it?"

he gives me a confusing look then starts "do you trust Sebastian?" and with that. My face hardened.

"Why?" I spit. "What else did he do?"

"Did he do something?" he says.

"Only made me and Clary childless. He gave her these pills that caused it." I say, tears about to come again. No. Not this time. I am not going to cry for the 3rd time today.

"No, no that can't be true. Tell me that's not a fact!" he yells.

"It is. Unless he didn't know what he gave her. Which I highly doubt him being evil." I say, wondering why he wants him to be so innocent.

"Jocelyn is going to be broken... where is he now?" he says

"I have no clue." I say suddenly worried. Clary is alone right now.

"We have to get to the hospital now." he says thinking the same thing as me. And with that we left. I hope she is there and okay.
