Chapter 11:
"What are you doing?" You asked, extremely concerned. "I can't let them die because of me, Y/N, I just can't," he sighed shakily, taking another step closer to the edge. "Peter we can fix this!" You pleaded with him, "I need you, Peter! Please!" He looked down, "If they won't kill me for the greater good, I might as well do it myself." Suddenly Cap and Nat were on the roof too, "Peter just come down, let's talk about this," Steve said softly, "Peter just come back inside," Nat gently urged.
"Peter please!" You yelled, crying. What else could you do, you felt so powerless. "There's no other way," Peter breathed shakily. You stood up on the ledge next to him, "Fine if you jump, I will too," You said. "No Y/N, there's no reason for you to die too!" Peter said firmly.
"Peter please, if you don't want me to die come down. Because even if I don't jump, you not being here would kill me. I need you," you held his hands in yours, slowly guiding him down, "you're worth more than this," you whispered. As soon as he was away from the ledge he broke into tears, collapsing onto the floor.
