September 5th 2024 (6 years later)

Today is the day we move back to L.A, I am very nervous because it's also the day the boys see me in four years on the other hand Christina and Caden are very excited.

"Tell me what you got in your carry on baby" I asked Caden

"Mr. Bear, my crayons" he smiled

"Is that it?" He nodded "Do you want anything else?"

"He cant get anything else" Chris laughed "our stuff went to L.A a week ago" Caden and I looked up at her with 'oh yeah' faces

"It's a good job I packed my stuff as well as yours" I said

"We need to leave now" Christina shouted "get your stuff"

"What about Athena?" Caden pulled on my top

"Joey and Bella picked her up remember, she's already there"

"Zach is picking us up from the airport but truthfully just because he's twenty two I still don't trust him driving" Christina said

"Zach!" Caden screamed across the airport running to him

"Hello buddy" Zach picked the boy up "have you been a good boy for mommy and auntie Christina?" He shook his head "you haven't!" He gaps causing the three year old to laugh

"Do you know where Athena is?" Caden asked him

"She's at your new house" he smiled

We climbed into zachs car making our way home, the closer we got the more anxious I was. When we pulled up on the drive way I felt fine.

"By the way jack is here" Zach smiled

"Does he know?" Zach nodded

"We told him this morning, everyone was so excited that we're going to be able to see Caden every day that" I smiled "jack thought Caden was your new boyfriend and tried telling us that him moving with you was a bad idea" he laughed "so Sam went 'Caden is Kennas son and before you ask yes he's daniels' he was shocked but happy"

"Let's go in, I want Athena" Caden stated

We opened the door to the house and walked into the kitchen

"Sam, Eve, Bella" Caden waved at them "joey!" He said trying to do a manly voice, he went to hug Sam but stopped and ran back to me "mom why is there someone with noodles on their head?" He asked

"I don't know, I thought he would of grown out of it" I shrugged

"Wow, nice to see you too" jack playfully rolled his eyes

"Oh I've missed you ramen!" I hugged him

"Athena!" Cade called

"She out the back" joey answered

"Thanks Joey" he said in his voice again

Zach came and put his head on my shoulder and put his arms around my waist

"My best friend is home!" He exclaimed

"Did anyone order one twenty six year old and two twenty five year olds?" Corbyn sang "Zach has his arm around a girl" he continued singing "let the girl turn around and show herself"

I felt Zach try to turn me but I tried my best not to and eventually he won

"Surprise?" I smiled, Zach let go of me

"Kenna!" Corbyn exclaimed "I thought you weren't coming for another week"

"We were surprising you" Christina came in

"Holy shit! My two favourite girls are here!" He hugged Christina "where's my favourite dude?" Corbyn refereed to Caden

"I'm right here!" Jack stood up, corb pushed him down, I turned to the other two

"Why are you so quiet?" I asked

"You're here for good?" Jonah asked, I nodded "yes!" He came and hugged me. We pulled apart once we heard a splash

"Corbyn!" I ran outside "did you just throw my son in the pool?" He nodded "get him out! He can't swim!"

"I thought i was going to die" Caden walked away from Corbyn scowling

"Son?" Daniel asked

You could tell Daniel was working the maths out, he looked at me shaking his head and walking away "Daniel! Wait!" I ran after him

"Why? So you can lie some more!" He stopped in his tracks

"I never lied!"

"You never told me the truth! Don't you think I have the right to know that he's my son?! He's five for god sake! I missed his first three years!" He exclaimed

"Daniel I can explain" I placed my hand on his chest, he instantly relaxed

"Did you know before? Or after you moved to New York?" He asked softly, I sighed

"Before"

"You knew before! That's why you moved wasn't it?!" I nodded "I can't believe you" he shook his head, tears forming as he spoke

"Daniel please" I begged "I didn't know what to do, we had just broke up. I was on FaceTime to Christina, she got corbyn to come over because I kept saying how I was moving with to her, I was packing things, I was panicking, I was scared-" he cut me off by hugging me

"Corbyn knew?" He asked with his voice cracking

"So did Zach" I added

"Anymore of my band mates?" You could hear the frustration in his voice, I shook my head "but the two lied to me? You named him Caden?" He asked, I nodded

"Yeah, when we had our random conversations about 'if were ever had kids' you name the boy Caden"

"The conversations were only random because you're exactly like Corbyn" he sniffled a laugh

"Yes but you didn't help the random conversations either"

"How often does Caden ask about his dad?" He asked

"All the time, atleast once every week" I looked down

"Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

"I tried about 2 years ago when you finished tour but then the rumours came out about you and Grace and I chickened out, I'm sorry"

"I hung out with her a few times, she got my mind off you" he looked down

"Did you date her?" He nodded

"she was fun to hang out with but I couldn't use her, that's unfair on her. My mind wondered back to you and I knew that I didn't love her, she was a distraction" I looked down "They're were rumours for a reason" he grabbed my face with his hands "it's always been you, I've never stopped loving you"

"And I never stopped loving you" Daniel started to lean in but stopped when he heard a little voice

"Mommy" he pulled at the hem off my shirt, I picked him up "who is this?" He pointed to Daniel, I smiled

"This is Daniel"

"Hi Daniel!" He waved "I'm Caden and this beautiful lady is my mommy" he grabbed my face and squished it against his causing Danny to laugh

We walked back to the group who were hugging Athena the dog

"This feels good" Jonah blurted

"What does jo?" Jack asked

"Us, were all back together like none of us grew apart, I mean Daniel is playing with Caden like he never missed a year of him growing up" I smiled at the sight

"Yeah, I've missed this too" I hugged Jonah watching everything unravel
