i had no idea i was crying at the end of it until caden wiped my tears
"no need to cry silly" he laughed looking up at me "it's meant to be a good night"
"i'm not crying, my eyes are sweating" i said
"how stupid do you think i am?"
"clearly a lot" jack joined in sticking his tongue out
not long after kenna had sat back down us, i put my arm around her and kissed her head
"i love you" i whispered
she smiled up at me "i know, i love you too"
she rested her head on my shoulder with her hands tightly wrapped around caden who was now sat on her lap, memorised by all the people performing and all of the awards being given out
as the night ended caden was fast asleep in mackennas arms, as everyone was now leaving
"do you want me to carry him?" i asked kenna as we were walking back to the car
"okay, thank you" she handed me the sleeping boy
as the guys and i walked out, holding caden on my one side and holding kennas hand with my left to see there was a lot of press still outside. we had people help us get to our car safely
making it back to our hotel
