Fernando took a deep breath as he stared down at the stillborn form of his firstborn son, he couldn't believe that he was about to bury his firstborn and it made him feel ill at the thought of the life that he would never live.
They had decided that they were going to call him, José Israel Torres Rossum after Fernando’s father and older brother; he hadn't had any luck in tracking them down and he had a feeling that his family might not have survived after he had been taken.
Shaking his head at the negative thoughts that lingered in his mind, Fernando turned his thoughts to Josep and Emili; the two of them were doing well and he was pleased that they appeared healthier as the days passed by.
“Nando,” Analisa murmured as she approached her husband, he glanced at her as she stood next to him; she was wearing a black strappy midi dress paired with black pointed high heels.
“You okay?” Analisa asked softly as she licked her lips, she knew that he was hurting as much as her; they had never expected to bury their firstborn, no parent should ever have to bury their child.
Fernando nodded his head as he pulled Analisa into his chest, he closed his eyes as he held her close; he didn't know how she was able to be so strong about this, he had worried for her when they learnt when that they were going to have a stillbirth.
However Analisa had taken everything in her stride, she cuddled into Fernando’s arms making him smile softly, he didn't know what he would have done if she hadn't of survived what Roman had done to her; he never wanted to be that close to losing her ever again.
“Are you okay?” Fernando asked as he cupped Analisa’s face, he knew that they had to leave shortly for the burial; people were expecting to see them soon and Fernando had certain duties that he had to perform.
“I’m fine as long as I have you,” Analisa said as she looked into Fernando’s brown eyes, he smiled at her softly as he pulled her into a hug.

“How has she been?” Iker asked as he watched Analisa with Sara, he knew that it would be hard on the brunette to bury her firstborn child; he would never wish that on his worst enemy. Fernando sighed tiredly as he looked over at his wife.
“She’s doing better than I expected, I think Josep and Emili are keeping her occupied right now,” Fernando admitted as he licked his lips, he watched his wife closely as she continued to speak with Sara; he knew that Jonathon was hovering about and he didn't want the other werewolf getting too close to his wife.
“Ana’s strong Fernando, if there was something wrong then you’d be the one that she would turn to,” Iker said sensing his friends uneasiness, he knew that Fernando was worried about the brunette; she had coped far too well with what had happened so far.
“I just worry Iker, she hasn’t expressed any sort of emotions about what happened to her; I worry that she might break or something and I won’t be there to catch her,” Fernando said as he watched his wife.
Iker stared at his friend, he hadn't expected him to have them sort of worries; he had been talking about the loss of José, but it was now clear that there was a lot on Fernando’s mind right now.
Iker cleared his throat as Sara returned with Analisa, the brunette cuddled into Fernando’s side as he drew her close; it was clear that the couple were very delicate right now and it would take a while for them to recover from the loss of their firstborn.
Sara offered Iker a small smile, she knew that her friend was suffering even if Analisa didn't want to admit it; the brunette was trying to act like everything was okay but it was clear that it wouldn’t be long before Analisa broke down.
“How are the twins?” Sara asked as she looked between the couple, they had been through a lot and she hoped that from now on things would go better for them.
“They’re doing well; Morgause is watching them right now,” Analisa said making Fernando nod his head, his eyes locked on Jonathon; who was watching them from across the room.
The other werewolf’s eyes were focused on Analisa, his eyes trailing her figure before Fernando pulled her closer; he snarled softly under his breath as he stared at the werewolf that was clearly a threat to his wife and mate.
“Nando, he won’t cause trouble today,” Iker murmured as Analisa cuddled closer to Fernando, she could sense his sudden change in demeanour and it worried her, what he would do if he thought that Jonathon was that much of a threat to her.
“I’m okay,” Analisa said softly as she looked up at Fernando, he turned his attention from Jonathon to her; he sighed as he nuzzled his head against hers, he wasn’t going to let anything happen to her.
“Ignore him, he’s just trying to upset you,” Analisa said as she focused on her husband, he nodded his head making her smile at him softly as she moved closer to his side.

Fernando watched Analisa as she settled the twins down for the night; he was surprised that she was doing so well after the death of their firstborn.
Analisa smiled as she turned to face her husband, she ignored the questioning look that he gave her as she approached him.
“The twins are sleeping,” Analisa murmured as she wrapped her arms around Fernando’s neck, she kissed his lips sweetly as she smiled at him; she wasn’t going to let anything get her down right now.
Fernando broke the kiss and cupped Analisa’s face, he didn't want her bottling up her feelings from him; it would only cause problems for them later on if she closed herself off from him.
“Ana, you know that you can talk to me about anything,” Fernando said as he brushed his thumbs over her cheeks, she nodded her head as she looked up at him before he kissed her lips.
The brunette sighed as she rested her head against her husband’s; he furrowed his brow as she pulled him close for a moment.
“Talk to me Ana, don’t shut me out,” Fernando begged her making the brunette nod her head as she cuddled into his embrace and closed her eyes as tears threatened to spill.
Fernando sighed as he held her close; he suddenly felt all of her grief and sadness that she had been hiding from her.
“It’ll be okay,” Fernando said as he held his wife close. She slowly felt her walls fall down as she finally allowed herself to grieve for what they had lost, everything that had happened the last few months finally caught up with her as she sobbed into Fernando’s arms.
The werewolf fought back his own tears as he held Analisa close, he wanted to be able to help comfort her and look after her while she needed him.
“It shouldn’t have happened, he shouldn’t have died,” Analisa sobbed as she allowed Fernando to move her away from the twins so that the two of them could grieve quietly; he held her close as he started to cry himself for their lose.
“None of this is your fault, Roman paid with his life for what he did to you,” Fernando said as he brushed the tears from her face; he hoped that they would be able to deal with whatever came their way now.
