Knocking on the address that he had been given, Fernando shifted nervously as he waited for someone to answer; he couldn't wait to see his wife again and he hoped that everything was okay.
Fernando nearly choked when an old woman opened the door, he stared at her shocked as he realised who she was; he never thought that he would see her again.
“Madre,” the werewolf breathed as Flori stared at her youngest son, she nodded her head before she threw herself into his arms; he stood for a moment taking in the fact that after twenty-two years he was being reunited with his family.
"It’s been so long Fernando, we thought you were dead,” Flori said as she ushered her youngest into the house, she smiled at him softly as he stared at him in wonder before his sister walked into the hallway.
Maria Paz paused as she spotted her little brother before she hurried forward and hugged him.
“I can’t believe it’s you,” Maria Paz gushed as she looked at Fernando, she couldn't believe that he was actually here; she knew that this would change everything for his family.
It was at that moment that José and Israel walked in, they both stopped what they were doing and stared at Fernando both taken back that he was there.
“Fernando,” José breathed as he slowly approached his son as he realised that Analisa had been right about his son, he swallowed knowing that he had probably destroyed their marriage and Fernando had no idea.
“I can’t believe that you are alive,” José said as he hugged his son, he held him close as tears formed in his eyes; Fernando hugged his father back before he looked around at his family.
“Not that I’m not thrilled to see you, but where is Ana?” Fernando asked as he realised that he had yet to be reunited with his wife, he wanted to see her before he could allow himself to get caught up in what was happening.
Maria Paz and Flori shared a look, the brunette hadn't taken the news well when they had told her that José had been the one to murder her parents and she had stopped spending any time with them once she knew the truth.
“Nando, we need to talk,” Israel said knowing that his brother deserved the truth about what had happened, he noticed the look on Fernando’s face and hoped that his brother would understand.
“Por favor tell me that she’s here,” Fernando breathed as he started to think about the last time that he had been separated from his wife; he hated to think that he had come here when his wife wasn’t here. Israel sighed as he nodded his head.
“Something happened before you arrived,” he said as he tried to break the news to his younger brother softly; he could see that his brother was torn.
Fernando swallowed as he listened to his older brother, he didn't know what it was but he had a sinking feeling that this wasn’t going to end well.

Analisa closed her eyes as she sat in her room, she knew that Fernando was downstairs but she couldn't bring herself to face him and his family; her heart ached as she thought about her parents and the fact that their murderer was just downstairs.
The brunette was dressed in a black bird print tee and black easy jeans paired with black classic mono lace up trainers; she knew that Fernando would come looking for her soon.
The sound of the bedroom door opening and closing made Analisa bit her lip, she was a little surprised that he hadn't spent more time reuniting with his family.
“I flew 1064 miles to find my wife, only to find that she’s hiding from me,” Fernando said softly as he approached her, he was a little hurt that she was closing herself off from him and he didn't understand what was going on; he had refused to have his family explain to him wanting to hear it from his wife.
“Ana what’s going on?” Fernando asked worried when his wife didn't turn to greet him, he didn't like this and he suddenly feared for his marriage; he didn't know what had happened but it was going to cause problems.
Analisa flinched away from Fernando as he reached out for her; he stared at her devastated as he tried to figure out what his family had been trying to warn him, he suddenly didn't know what to do.
“Ana,” Fernando said as he carefully took his wife in his arms, he turned her to look at him; his heart ached as he cupped her face, his brown eyes searched hers before he kissed her.
Analisa allowed herself to enjoy his lips against hers; she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him close making Fernando moan softly as he held her close until the brunette pushed him away.
“Nando, I can’t,” Analisa murmured as she pushed him away when Fernando tried to kiss her again, he looked at her confused as he tried to reach for her. The brunette shook her head making Fernando look at her concerned.
“Ana what happened?” Fernando asked as he tried to get her to allow him to touch her.
The werewolf had never feared for his marriage in the six months that they had been married but this was nothing what he had expected, she was pushing him away and he could feel their marriage crumbling.
“I can’t do this Fernando,” Analisa said softly, her heart breaking as she looked at the man that she loved; she couldn't bring herself to face what this meant for their marriage.
Fernando stared at her confused as he tried to figure out what was going on, he hated to think that something had happened that had cost him, his wife.

Fernando ran a stressed hand through his hair, he wanted nothing more than to be upstairs with his wife but Analisa had asked him to leave her alone; she had refused to tell him what had caused their problem.
“Is everything okay son?” José asked softly as he spotted his son settling on the couch for the night, he swallowed knowing that he had caused this and that there was nothing that he could do to fix it.
“My marriage is falling apart and my wife won’t tell me why,” Fernando said as he remembered watching her with the twins, she hadn't been herself and Fernando had sworn that he had seen some bitterness in her eyes when she had cuddled them.
José sighed as he moved to sit down next to his son, he knew that Fernando deserved the truth about what was going on; Analisa had every right to react the way that she had but he had hoped that she wouldn’t take it out of Fernando.
“I’m losing her and I have no idea why,” Fernando said as he thought back over their marriage, his heart ached as he remembered how things had been before she had been taken; whatever had happened while she was gone and been the nail in the coffin of their marriage.
“It’s my fault,” José said softly as he saw the anguish on his son’s face, there was no denying that Fernando loved Analisa and that it would kill him to lose her.
Fernando looked at his father confused, he watched as José took a deep breath before he moved to explain why Analisa had been pushing him away.
“Fernando, I’m the reason that Analisa was orphaned… I murdered her parents,” José revealed making his son stare at him shocked, he had never thought his father was capable of something like that.
