Tony walked around his daughter as she stood still, eyes a dark red and staring straight ahead at nothing. He released a deep breath before turning to Wanda. "How far did the memories go into the past?"

"The day she was taken."

Tony frowned. "So there was no memory of me?"

Wanda shook her head. "Not that I could find." She perked up, snapping her fingers. "There was a picture, though. It was a picture of you two together, besides the letter she wrote you. You could only see a glimpse of it, but it was there."

Tony nodded before looking back at his daughter. "Alright, we'll work with what we got. Though, the sudden flow of memories could put her in shock or overwhelm her by ninety percent. So we have to go at a steady pace. We'll start with one and watch her reaction. If she gives us nothing, we'll continue and so forth. Any questions?" He paused for a second, and when Steve opened his mouth to ask one, Tony quickly nodded. "Great, let's get started."

Wanda raised her hands and entered Jade's head. She chose the one that started it all; she was taken by the lime green-eyed and crystal blue-eyed man. She exited Jade's mind, and Jade blinked as the memory started to become clearer. But it was the one she already saw when she read Tony's letter, but this time, she saw the picture of her and Tony together on her birthday.

Nightshade clenched her jaw before looking over at Tony. "What did she do to me?" She asked through gritted teeth.

Tony slightly smirked, happy that she finally sees the memories. All she'd need to do is comprehend them and put the puzzle pieces together on her own. "Wanda, the next one, please."

Wanda nodded but cracked a smile. "What if I create a hallucination from memory? So she can actually relive it?"

Tony perked up before glancing at Steve. "That's actually not a bad idea. But please, don't show her a feared hallucination, as you did with us."

Steve slapped Tony on the chest, giving him a stern look. "Come on, man."

"Look, Maximoff, don't show her a hallucination that could really trigger her."

Wanda reentered Jade's mind as she became in touch with Jade's own conscious and not the A.I.'s. She picked the one when the two girls and Pietro first met. Jade's whole vision completely changed.

She watched as she saw the brunette and the silver-haired boy lurking in a back corner, silently observing Ivanov upgrade her younger self's bionic chip. "She's ready."

"Yes, sir."

The scientists roughly pushed her back before sticking a black mouth guard in her mouth as the machine connected to each side of her head. Jade slowly walked closer to herself as the younger her screamed with agony, echoing throughout the room, but no one caring. Jade stood over herself with a tilt of her head. "So this is what happened?" She questioned to herself in a whisper. "This is what really happened to me?"

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Ivanov said as he moved up beside her with a menacing grin on his fair skin face.

Jade turned to him. "It's horrid. She doesn't deserve this."

He laughed bitterly. "It made you, didn't it? The key to unlimited power."

Jade sent him a terrified expression as she shook her head. "No, it's not!" She cried out before her eyes trailed down on her attire. "I want to be free!"
