[44] Evacuation

A few hours after Peter, Happy, and Jade had landed in Berlin, Jade walked Peter up to his hotel room with Happy. She reminded Happy to make sure Peter wore the new suit she had created for him instead of the homemade one that looked like a Halloween costume. Rhodey and Natasha were outside waiting in an Audi to pick up Jade so they could regroup and prepare.

Peter, of course, continued to film inside the hotel room. When Happy saw that Peter was dressed in the suit he hand made, he got irritated and led him to another Peter's room. The fifteen-year-old boy was ecstatic and in shock when the case unfolded, revealing the high-tech upgraded suit completed with holograms. He grinned to himself after reading the note Jade had left, whispering to himself, "Minor upgrade? More like a hugely majorly upgrade".

While Jade was inventing Peter's new suit, Tony took the time to design a whole new catsuit for Jade to adapt to her bionics. The style shape was still the same; hooded cloak, half-face mask, protective flexible iron, and heeled boots with thrusters. The only difference was the colour and upgraded tech, the colour being silver and rose gold.

When Jade had joined Tony and T'Challa with Rhodey and Natasha, the five quickly did facial and thermal scans around the surrounding area. Natasha had found Steve's team in a matter of six minutes. They were located in the parking garage of the Leipzig airport.

That urged the group to hurry, knowing Steve, Sam, Bucky, and the rest of their group to evade the country. Jade had immediately called Happy, needing Peter to meet them at the airport asap.

That was thirty minutes ago.

Now Jade was running through the crowded airport as she pushed through to get to the receptionist's desk. She stopped, and the passenger service agent widened his eyes at her attire.

"Äh, hallo, Ms.," he greeted with confusion. "Womit kann ich Ihnen helfen?"

Uh, hello, Ms. What can I help you with?

"Sie müssen den Flughafen evakuieren, es ist ein Notfall," Jade rushed out. "Gesuchte Männer sind irgendwo in der Einrichtung."

You have to evacuate the airport, and it's an emergency. Wanted men are somewhere in the facility.

The service agent blinked before reaching for the landline phone as he turned on the PA system. He ordered the staff and the civilians to evacuate the building as well as any outside area.

Jade smiled, throwing a thumbs up before running away from the desk.

"We got him," Tony spoke into the comms, informing his other teammates that weren't near.

That earned Jade to run even faster as she exited the airport building. She had a visual of Steve suited up as he ran for a chopper, but Tony electrocuted the propellers to prevent him from leaving. Steve's blue eyes flickered up in alert.

Tony and Rhodey flew down, and Tony removed his face mask. "Wow, it's so weird how you run into people at the airport." He looked over at Rhodey. "Don't you just feel weird?"

"Definitely weird."

"Hear me out, Tony," Steve started. "That doctor, the psychiatrist, he's behind all of this."

T'Challa jumped over a white crate and landed down a few feet from the soldier. "Captain."

"Your highness." Steve turned back to Tony.
