Bucky's pod was carried away by a forklift in a light gray walled bunker once they had arrived in Berlin. Nearby, Steve got out of the SUV and glanced across at Bucky, who stared off into space. He clenched his fists from underneath the electrical restraints on his wrists when he spotted Jade hop out of the first SUV. She turned to look at him, frowning. If he only knew that, she agreed to try to bring him in because she knew that he would end up being protected in an American Psych centre where no HYDRA person could access him.

Tony wanted Steve and Sam to be locked in an office. He didn't want to see his friends restrained in a pod-like Bucky. Secretary Ross was very reluctant to let Steve and Sam roam free in offices but eventually caved into Tony's demands.

Sam, T'Challa, and Steve approached Kayrel Jones, who was standing with a diminutive, gray-head man known as Everett Ross.

Jade kept walking until she stopped beside her half-sister. She was wearing a black leather jacket, skinny jeans, heeled boots, and a gray tank top.

"What's gonna happen to them?" Steve asked, concerned.

"Same thing that ought to happen to you," Everett remarked. "Psychological evaluation and extradition."

"This is Everett Ross, Deputy Task Force Commander," Kayrel informed the three gentlemen.

"What about our lawyer?" Steve questioned.

Everett scoffed sarcastically. "Lawyer. That's funny. See, their weapons are placed in lockup. Oh, we'll write you a receipt."

Sam's dark eyes followed a soldier as they carried his Falcon suit past them. "I better not look out the window and see anybody flying around in that."

As they walked through the covered skywalk, Sam would glance in Jade's general direction. He was angry with her. Especially knowing that she was on the side of the Accords. He would've thought that Jade would be on his and Steve's side considering her past with controlling leaders. Another thing he hoped was that she would stay in New York, where Wanda was at. But it all made sense to him when he realized that Jade and Bucky went through a lot for a couple of years, and she would be going after him.

"You'll be provided with an office instead of a cell," Everett informed as they marched through the skywalk. "Now, do me a favour, stay in it?"

Natasha strolled over next to Steve with narrowed eyes. "For the record, this is what making things worse looks like."

"He's alive," Steve simply said as if that justified his actions.

Tony paced back in forth inside the offices as he had his phone pressed to his ear. "No. Romania was not Accords-sanctioned. And, Colonel Rhodes is supervising cleanup."

"Try not to break anything while we fix this," Natasha warned as she marched further in front of them with Jade.

Tony made eye contact with Sam and Steve with a stern look while still on his phone. "Consequences? You bet there'll be consequences. Obviously, you can quote me on that 'cause I just said it. Anything else? Thank you, sir." He hung up and raised an eyebrow at Steve.

"'Consequences'?" Steve questioned with his hands in his front pockets.

"Secretary Ross wants you two prosecuted," Tony replied, pointing at them. "Had to give him something." He shook his head, stuffing his hands in his front pockets. "In the meantime, don't go off and do something stupid until I clear Jade's name."
