Today was another boring old Saturday with nothing to do. Last Saturday at the dance was literally the best. I had so much fun there and I loved spending time with Hayes and my other friends. I was lying on the couch watching High School Musical in my pajamas because why not. It was one in the afternoon and I was home alone. Not sure where everyone was at but I really didn't care.

I heard a key unlock the door and Ryan came in and say down next the me not saying a word. "Can I help you?" I asked him

"Uh yeah actually you can"

"Here we go again" I rolled my eyes at him.

"What are you talking about?" he raised his voice a little.

"Ryan it's like you put me on a shelf and decide when you want me again" I scuffed.

"What?!" he defended.

"Oh come on... You talk to me after Dylan dies because you had to, then you stopped. You talk to me about dad then stopped. You talked to me when you needed helped with Liz, then stopped. You talk to me when you felt bad for me, then stopped, and now this."

His head dropped low "oh" was all he could manage to say. "I'm sorry" he said again.

I sighed. "Me too. But what do you need help with, I'll help you. That's what sisters are for" I nudged him with my foot and smirked at him. He grinned back.

"Well I want to ask Liz to be my girlfriend."

"She's not your girlfriend yet?! you guys acted like you've been dating for like a month!"

"I know I know. It's not official yet. But we're hanging out today and I want to ask her" he told me "I just really like her"

"Oooo Ryan has feelings" I teased.

"I hate it" I laughed at him

"I'm kidding but really how should I ask her?" he had seriousness in his voice.

"Well it's simple really. If she really likes you she'll say yes and it wouldn't matter how you asked her. As long as you did. Kinda just don't ask her out over text or something dumb like that"

"How do you know she'll say yes?"

"Because I do." I smiled at him. He did the same back.

"So how are you and Hayes?" He asked

"I love him" I said without even thinking. It's like I had no hesitation to say that. Did I just say that? Did I just admit that?

"What?" Ryan sounded shocked. As shocked as I was.

"Did I just say that?" He looked down at his phone and his eyes studied it. But I ignored it.

"Yes you did now-"

I cut him off "I love him"

"Yes we've established that now can we-"

"No shut up Ryan! I love him!"

"Congrats." He sounded annoyed.

"Can you be happy for me for once?" I asked him.

"Yeah, sorry but uh look" he showed he the screen of his phone that had a tweet pulled up on it.

"@Liam_Devenfore12: Can't wait to be back in my old neighborhood to see the girl I haven't stopped thinking about sense I moved."

"He's not talking about you is he?" Ryan questioned. He knew about Liam liking me. Actually Ry and him were best friends.
