Chapter 7: Lux

It was already 7:00pm and everyone was exhausted from practicing. Jax, Vi and Thresh waved goodbye while Ezreal and I dropped by a restaurant. I think Vi is starting to like me more and more.

Ezreal claimed that this restaurant was really famous and practically everyone eats here.

All I really hoped was that Annie wasn't there teasing about us being a couple even though that's just a lie.

We walked in and took a seat by the corner. Ez and I decided to order the special. It came quickly and pretty soon we were talking and laughing. I did like him a lot, but I don't know if he'll return my feelings for him or be loyal to Lux.

~Ezreal's PoV~

Every single time that I'm with her, she makes me nervous. Kiera's one of a kind. I do have a girlfriend but I'm wondering if Kiera is better than Lux. Who should I choose?

I look around me and I see couples everywhere: Katarina and Garen, Ashe and Tryndamere, Jarvan IV and Shyvana etc. They make me miss Lux and what it's like to be around someone to love. Or maybe I am already surrounded by a person I love.

That's when I noticed a girl was standing right beside our table. She had blonde hair and blue eyes. Those eyes didn't look friendly and what even shocked me was that she wasn't even supposed to be in Piltover.

"Lux?! What are you doing here?" I asked in surprise. Garen would've never let her come all the way to Piltover. Her brother's too overprotective.

"Well sweetie, I heard that you're hanging with some other girl so I rushed over here to check up on you," replied Luxanna. She's jealous of Kiera. I just pray that she won't hurt her.

"Where did you here that from? And seriously Lux? Singed told me to look after her because he paid me!" I said in frustration.

I saw Kiera's expression faltered. It could be read as sadness.

"Fine, but you're meeting me at the Park tomorrow!" Lux said, completely ignoring my question.

She then whispered something in Kiera's ear and Kiera looked a bit disturbed by it. Then, Lux left the restaurant.

"I'm sorry Kiera." What else am I supposed to say? My girlfriend rudely interrupted our dinner and obviously whispered some kind of threat to Kiera.

"It's okay, but maybe we shouldn't eat dinner anymore....." Kiera said sadly. She then got up and left. Was it something I said or was it Lux?
