Walking (Yusei x Female Reader)

Your cell phone began to ring; picking it out of your pocket you realized that your friend was calling you. "Hello" y/n answered. "Sorry I can't come today I need to babysit my cousin" the friend explained. 

"That's alright, we will hang out another time" y/n replied before hanging up and pitting her phone back in her pocket.

"Great I'm already here, now what" y/n cursed under her breathe looking around. She was suppose to meet her friend at the park, but I guess plans changed. Sitting up, the h/c girl began to walk away from the bench she was sitting on. While doing so she bumped into a man, causing you to fall to the ground.

"Oh I'm so sorry" the man apologized as he held his hand out to help you up. "That's alright I guess" y/n replied dusting herself off. She looked up and realized that it was Yusei, her crush. Instantly she began to blush at the mere sight of him.

"Y/n what are you doing here?" Yusei inquired. 

"I was suppose to meet one of my friends here" she began "But plans changed I have nothing to do" y/n explained. 

"What about you?" she fired back the same question.

 "I'm out taking a walk" he told her. "Wanna join me?" Yusei proposed.

"Sure I'd love to" y/n replied taking Yusei's hand. This made Yusei blush slightly. Intertwining fingers, both of then felt flustered.

 "We don't-you don't have to if you don't want-" y/n stuttered but was cut off when Yusei looked into her e/c orbs. "This would be nice" he whispered gently as they held hands and began their walk.

Brisk autumn leaves fell to the ground as the two walked along the trail. Hand in hand they enjoyed the scenery. Finally they had reached the end of the trail. There was another bench at the end which they proceeded to sit on together. Y/n leaned and rested her head on Yusei's shoulder which made his blush worsen. Yusei placed his arm around her body, holding her close. This gesture also caused your blush to increase.

"Y-yusei" y/n stuttered looking up at the man she loved. "How do you feel about me?" she asked. "Be honest" the girl added.

"Well you are a very nice person to be around" the dark haired man stated. "You are always there for me when I need help" he added. 

"Never giving up on me even though time are tough. This caused me to develop a little bit of a crush on you" Yusei admitted looking down at you. "I-I" you began without a smile on your face.

Yusei saw this and thought he might be rejected. However, y/n looked him in the eye.

"I have loved you for a long time" y/n had confessed. Yusei pulled her into his grasp and proceeded to kiss her passionately. As leaves fell from the trees above, the couple continued to kiss under the sky.
