Sunset (Zane x Female Reader)

It had been a long day at school. Y/n was so tired that she felt like wanting to go straight to her dorm in Obelisk blue and just rest, but she had other plans. Y/n agreed to meet Zane at the back of the island on the beach area where no one every goes. This was their 'secret' meeting place where Zane confessed his love to her. They had been dating for about a month now.

Y/n moaned and complained to herself as he aching legs carried her across the island to that specific place. Once there she sat down on the sand waiting for Zane to show up. The girl rested her chin on the palm of her hand, propping her head upward. A few minutes passed and she heard footsteps and the shifting of sand behind her. Y/n sat up and turned her head to see Zane appearing in front of her.

"Sorry I was a bit late" he spoke. "Got caught up with Jaden trying to challenge me" Zane explained.

"Did you duel?" y/n asked. "No I turned him down. I just explained that I had something much more important to tend to at the moment" Zane replied to her question. "Well I'm glad you came" the s/c female muttered.

"Class was so boring today" y/n blurted out. "Yeah it's not easy being a top student and having to learn the basics over and over" Zane responded with a chuckle. "They should have something more interesting" y/n added. "Oh like what?" the blue haired boy inquired.

"Something fun, memorable and never done before...like a-" y/n started. "A couples duel" Zane interrupted her explanation. This made y/n face flush red. "I would love to duel along side you" Zane admitted to her. "I would like that too" y/n responded back.

The two shifted closer to as they sat next to each other on the beach. Zane placed an arm around your shoulder puling you into his chest. This particular gesture made you blush even more.

 "Z-zane" y/n muttered as he began to run his fingers across your smooth s/c cheek. 

"Your so beautiful you know that" Zane spoke huskily as his fingers trailed from your cheek to your h/c hair.

Enjoying the moment, the couple stared off into the sunset. "Moments like these I wish to cherish forever" Zane whispered towards y/n. "Yeah I agree" y/n responded with a soft smile on her face.

Zane leaned in and kissed y/n on the lips. The two fought over dominance which resulted in Zane pushing your body down to the sand. 

"Oh Zane" the girl mumbled as she stared lovingly into the pale boys eyes. She could see his face turn red. He bent down and smashed his smooth lips onto yours.

Y/n wanted to relish this moment forever. The warmth of the sun embraced the lovers while they their feelings talk. The glow of the sunset was shining brightly as they continued to kiss leading them into the night.
