-17- "Did You Just Call Me Peter?"

A/N: Most parts of this is cut because I didn't write it off the actual movie, but a quote/script site. I'm lazy, don't judge my lazy ass.

The ground started shaking. Indiana looked around to see half of Sokovia starting to fly to the air.

"Wesley?" said Indiana.

"Sokovia's going for a ride," he said. "The Vibranium core has got a magnetic field, that's what's keeping the rock together."

"If it drops?" 

"Right now the impact would kill thousands. Once it gets high enough: Global extinction."

"Scan to see if any civilians are in the collapsing buildings," said Indiana whilst flying around the buildings.

"That building's not clear. On the tenth floor," said Wesley. Indiana flew inside the apartment seeing a family of three huddled together in the corner of the room. 

Indiana looked around the room. She saw the bathroom had a tub and had an idea. "Hi. Okay. Get in the tub." The three went inside and as the building started to fall, Indiana flew the tub out of the building and to safety. 

A few robots flew to her, but she fought them off. She flew to the other side of the building whilst listening to Steve and Tony's conversation. She landed next to Steve.

"Cap, these people are going nowhere. If dad finds a way to blow this rock..." said Indiana

"Not 'til everyone's safe," said Steve.

"Everyone up here versus everyone down there? There's no math there," said Indiana.

 "I'm not leaving this rock with one civilian on it," said Steve. 

"I didn't say we should leave," said Indiana. Steve turned to look at her as she continued, "There's worse ways to go. Where else am I gonna get a view like this?"

 "Glad you like the view, Stark. It's about to get better," came the voice of Nick Fury. Indiana furrowed her eyebrows and looked at the sky. Soon after a few seconds, a Helicarrier was viewed. That caused an automatic smile form on Indiana's face.

"Nice, right? I pulled her out of mothballs with a couple of old friends. She's dusty, but she'll do," said Fury.

"Fury, you son of a bitch," said Steve. Indiana jokingly gasped at the language of Captain America.

"Ohh, do you kiss your mother with that mouth?" said Fury.

"Altitude is eighteen thousand and climbing," said Maria Hill.

"Lifeboats secure to deploy. Disengage in three, two...take 'em out," said Cameron Klein.

Indiana and Steve watched the lifeboats fly towards them, and soon after, Pietro joined them.

"This is S.H.I.E.L.D?" he asked.

"It's what S.H.I.E.L.D is suppose to be," said Indiana.

"It's not that bad," said Pietro.

"Let's load 'em up," said Steve.

Pietro and Indiana helped most of the remaining civilians to the lifeboats. The ground suddenly shook, causing Pietro to loose balance where he was standing... near the edge. 

"Be careful, Peter!" said Indiana, grabbing Pietro's hand so he won't fall off the edge. It took her a few seconds to realize what she'd just call him.

"Did you just call me Peter?" said Pietro.

"It just slipped out," said Indiana as an excuse; well, the excuse was true. It did slip out from nowhere.
