During the summer of 1998---Stevie, Lindsey and the rest of the band would go on tour. The tour was called The Dance. It would showcase the new music Stevie offered to the band, the romantic novel of Buckingham - Nicks and it would be the start of friendships. Stevie had met so many other artists in the midst of creating her career with Lindsey. She loved how from day one she had help of a professional. He knew what he was doing.
Lindsey was so happy with how successful this tour was. It was a reconvene for the members because they hadn't gone on tour in a while, but they were still a band. The tour that got planned during Kristen's last year had just gotten canceled all together. It was just impossible to want to tour during that time. Stevie and Lindsey were struggling with their love and the kids were struggling with getting over their mom that they needed all the support they could get.
The kids were in Arizona for the few months and the band would be back by the time the kids had to start school once again. Stevie had made it clear to Lindsey, that they be back before school starts. He explained how they would have to jump from state to state faster, but it was doable.

"That was great!" Mick yelled after they exited the stage.
"It was! good job, baby," Lindsey kissed Stevie. She was tucked under his arm securely as they were about to make their way to their room.
"Thanks!" she smiled.
"Let's go celebrate!" John yelled.
"Yes, let's!" Christine happily abided.
"We'll be down in a second---need to check on the kids," Lindsey kindly stated.
"Alright---tell them we said, hi," Mick stated.
"Will do," Stevie winked lightly.
"You did so good," Lindsey complimented her on the way.
"Thank you, kind sir---you did amazing, Mister Guitar God," she gazed up at him. They were in a riled up state. They were so happy and the elation that takes over after a show, is like a high.
He chuckled at her words and pulled her in tight to kiss her head. Once they entered their room, Lindsey sat on the edge if the bed to dial the kids. He was going to make the conversation as brief as possible. Stevie also said a few words, just to let them know; they'd be back soon.
While Stevie was on the phone, ramblimg on to her parents about things, Lindsey was allowing people in. He had a really nice room service table coming in and some really nice food.
Stevie had begun to notice the feeling of other people, when she looked up she was already really confused. "Um... I call you later," she spoke into the phone. "Lindsey, what is all of this?" she put the phone on the cradle. She then stood up and melted into his side as she took in the wine and food.
"Look," he took her hand and started bringing her to the bedroom part of the room. He pushed open the door and the room was lit with candles. There were candles surrounding the room, rose petals all over the ground and bed. Overall the room looked like a romantic getaway.
"Okay, so I take it no after party tonight...?" she lingered, with as smile.
"I'd say this is a party of our own," he added with a grin. His arms circled her hips.
