Steve staggered back as Herobrine reaches out towards him, falling on his behind. "A..h.. help..!" He shouted out.
Herobrine looms over him, sneering. "Hand over your soul, you mortal."
Steve shakes his head, sliding back until he hits the wall. "N.. n.. no." He shuts his eyes, mentally preparing for his soul to be sucked out of his body.
"What are you two doing..?" Sophia was there behind Herobrine, frowning.
Herobrine sighs.. "Having fun... until now." He shot a look at Sophia.
Steve dashes forward, hiding behind Sophia, grabbing on her arm. "He's going go eat my soul!"
"Soul...?" Sophia looks at Steve then back to Herobrine before bursting out laughing. "Don't tell me you believe in that!"
"But he said-"
Sophia wacks Steve on the head. "He was messing with you!" She leans in towards Steve. "He's childish like that." Sophia whispers.
herobrine... childish..?!!
Steve looks back at Herobrine to see him grinning widely. "Should have seen your face." He said, laughing.
what... what..?
Steve stood there in silent, slowly piecing things together.
"You.. you!" Steve finally spoke, flushing.
"It's okay, I won't scare you next time." Herobrine cooed as if he was talking to a small child.
"You bastard! I wasn't scared!" Herobrine only laughs harder as he watches Steve's cheeks turn into tomatoes
"Sophia crosses her arms. "Why did I even bother..."
It took a couple of minutes for Herobrine to settle down. Steve still couldn't believe that Sophia called him childish. The only thing that was childish was the belief in him. And yet here he is, following the fairy tale out of the room. Steve felt like he was actually dreaming, pinching himself to make sure.
Sadly, he wasn't.
Steve finds himself in a huge hallway with mulitple doors.
"And here I am with one room..." Steve mumbles. Herobrine heard this and held a prideful smile.
Not only did Herobrine have a large manision. The whole hallway was decorated with paintings and displays. There are even chandeliers on the ceiling above him!
Steve passed by a painting that caught his eyes. It was a painting of diamonds. No... Looking closer, he realizes that it is a painting of diamonds. Real diamonds.
Steve's jaws drop as he stops in front of it. Every night he would dream of finding diamonds- a precious gem. He dreamt of finding a flawless one, one that is shiny and clear. It was something that Steve looked for, for years and coming up empty handed. And here they are, not even displayed property.
Steve didn't notice his hands slowly gravitating towards the diamonds until Herobrine grabs his wrists. Herobrine shakes his head. "No human can lay their hands on my stuff."
Steve didn't say a word but he sighs before gazing back longingly at the diamonds. Steve follows them down the stairs and pass through a set of doors to what seems to be a living toom. There was furnitures placed against the wall and couches in a corner. There is also a fireplace along with shelves on the walls with figures on it.
All the human mobs were there too, looking up from the couches as Herobrine entered the room. Steve frowns. "What's.. going on?"
Herobrine looks back at him, casting a longside glance. "We're deiciding on what to do with you, little human."
