11: Escape

Steve hid in a closet in a room soon after Herobrine won, wishing that somebody-anybody-will come and save him from this embarrassment.

Everyone was looking for him since Herobrine made a huge fuss about it. Someone steps in the room, looking around the room.

"Oh where are you my cutie~?"It was Delilah. She checks under then bed and behind desks before heading towards the closet. Please don't.. Steve squeezes his eyes shut.

Steve hears the closet door opening. "Found him~" Delilah gasps, looking at Steve. "He's even cuter!" She pinches Steve's cheeks.

It only took a few moments before everyone gathered in the room with Herobrine in the front, smirking. "Why don't you come out?"

That bastard...! Steve clutches the skirt as he slowly steps out of the closet. He can feel his face red.

Delilah keeps looking at Steve, affectionately and Zoey drooled while the others look unimpressed, especially Sophia. Herobrine on the other hand is clearly trying to keep his straight face, his shoulders trembling as he tries to contain his laughter. "H.. he.. he even.. got the headpiece..."

Steve was dressed in a typical french maid outfit- a puffy black dress with white ruffled sleeves along with a white apron tied around his waist. On his brown hair is a white ruffled headpiece. Steve threw and hid away the black stockings and shoes. There was no way he's going to wear those, the dress was enough.

"I'll get payback!" Steve shouted before dashing out of the room, hearing Herobrine's loud laugher from behind him. He pulls off his dress in the hall, leaving him with only boxers on. I'll just wear nothing then... Behind him, he hears Delilah squealing. He slips into the dress again, not wanting to Delilah anywhere near him while he is naked. Steve starts planning his escape route.

It was turning dark by the time Steve finished the large number of chores to do by Herobrine. As Steve was sweeping the main lobby floor, he looks around, finding no one was around. Deiciding that this was a good time to escape hell, he quickly go to the first door he see. He peeks inside, finding no one. It was a hallway with dressers and desks. At the end, there is a large door.

The way out! Steve breaks for it, going closer and closer to freedom. He almost crashed into the door, stopping himseld by placing his arms out in front of him. He tries the doorknob and the turned. Steve slowly steps out in the night, his heart pounding.

Freedom.. It was so good that he can practically taste it. Finally... I'm out..

Steve looks up at the moon, breathing in fresh outside air. There was pathway in the forest which Steve follows. He looks back at the mansion one more time to see how it's massive. It's looked like an old haunted mansion like those in the movies. It took few moments before Steve comes out in a clearing. He stands on an edge of a cliff. Below him is rolling fields of plains. He can see the bright moon clearly and the stars in the night sky.

"Wow..." He mutters, amazed. Just as he was about to turn back around, he felt a force from his back. The next thing he knows is that he's falling off the edge and towards the plains below.
