21: Talking

Steve and Herobrine both head outdoors, away from the Mobs.

"So.. what do you want?" Herobrine asked snarkly.

Steve looks at him, face still red. "You.. Last night..."

"What do you mean?" Herobrine makes a confused look.

"Don't play dumb!"

Herobrine steps closer to Steve. Steve takes a step back. Herobrine keeps taking steps towards Steve which he keeps going back.

At some point he backed into a tree and Herobrine had him. Before Steve can do anything else, Herobrine slams his hand next to Steve's face. He jumped, startled.

"Wh.. what are you.."

Herobrine hushes him, leaning down towards his face.

Steve turns red as his heart started beatung faster. So.. so close.. He's.. kissing me?!?

Steve closes his eyes in anticpation and stuck out his lips. He waited a few moments but no kiss ever arrived. Steve open his eyes again when Herobrine started laughing.

He turns red, realizing what he just had done. "Wa-wait I didn't actually think.."

"I guess you wanted a kiss huh?" Herobrine said, grinning.

"No-no!" Steve stammered.

"Really?"

"Yes rea-" Steve got cut off when Herobrine went forward, silencing him with a kiss. Herobrine keeps going, pushing his body onto Steve. Steve closes his eyes, heart beating as if it was going to explode.

When Herobrine finishes, he didn't leave him. Instead, he burrows his head in Steve's neck.

Steve couldn't calm himself down with Herobrine's body against his.

"Listen now, human." Herobrine spoke lowly in his ear. "If you want.. I could..." He spoke the last few words in his ear.

Steve's eyes widen as his face burned. He shove Herobrine away and ran indoors. He panted as soon as he reaches into the main lobby. Delilah was there on the couch, face lighting up as soon as she saw Steve.

"Hey cutie~" Delilah waves him over. "Why is your face so red?"

Steve avoided the question. "Wh-where is everyone.."

"They are trying to help Layla." Delilah narrows her eyes. "Hmm.. Is there something going on?"

Steve jolted. "N-n-nothing!"

Delilah takes a long look on Steve's obvious something-going-on face. "Is it.. about Herobrine?" She kept going.

"No-nooo.. Oh yeah, I have to.." Steve's mind raced with thousands of excuses. "Walk the dog! I HAVE TO WALK THE DOG!"

Steve wanted to crawl inside a hole.

Delilah laughs, putting an arm around Steve and pulling him close. "You're so cutie~ Hah I'll help you with your love life."

"Love.. Love life?!"

She smiles. "Aww don't act so secretive~ You like Herobrine right."

"N..." Steve pauses. Like... Herobrine..? After everything Herobrine had done and how he felt.

Oh man, I'm really having feelings for him..

Delilah nudges Steve. "Don't worry~ I'll help you speed up this relationship." She winks.

Steve's face turn red again as Herobrine's words echoed in his mind.

'If you want.. we can do it tonight for real~'
