~Luna's POV~

I sigh in content as I sink lower into the water of my bath, finally getting some time to myself to relax. My relaxation was interrupted though by a knock on my room door making me sigh in annoyance. I walk out of the water and with a snap of my fingers I am dry and in new clothes, I walk over to the door with a neutral expression on my face. I open the door and see Thor standing infront of me, I move aside letting him walk into my room. I close the door behind him before I walk over to my chair that's next to the fire place. I sit down in the chair before I look at Thor who is still standing a little ways away from my chair.

"What do you want Thor?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

"Father has requested that I accompany you down to Loki's cell" Thor says as he looks down at me.

"Thanks but I can take care of myself, I don't need to be babysat anymore" I say as I push past Thor, heading towards the dungeons.

"Father insisted that I-" Thor begins to say but I cut him off as I stop walking and I turn to him with a pissed off look on my face.

"I do not care what he has insisted! I am 3,018 Thor!! I'm old enough to go somewhere by myself "I say before stalking off, not giving Thor a chance to say anything.

I walk down the many flights of stairs walking deeper down into the lower levels of the palace, getting bows and greetings from servants as I go but I ignored them, more focused on getting to the dungeon without being stopped. I continue walking until I stop infront of my brothers cell and I see him sitting in a chair surrounded by his stuff. He's reading one of his books so he doesn't notice that I'm there, or at least I don't think he notices that I'm there.

"Wow, well don't you look comfy" I say making Loki look up from his book.

"Luna. . ." Loki trails off as he stands up, dropping his book as he comes over to the barrier between us.

"In the flesh and black fabric" I say with a smirk as I put my hands on my hips.

I see a small smile comes to my brothers face as he says "let me guess, you are hiding from Odin."

"Whaaaat, nooooo" I lie, dragging out my words as I flutter my eyelashes as I look at Loki.

"You are still a horrible liar sister" Loki says with a smirk as he looks at me.

"Yea I know. Can't blame a girl for trying though" I say as my shoulders slump in defeat.

"Why are you really down here in the dungeons Lulu?" Loki asks as he sits down as close to the barrier as he can, using my old nickname.

"Listen Loki I have a bad feeling about what father wants to see me about, and you know that I am never wrong when I get these bad feelings" I say as I sit down.

"It is true, you have never been wrong when you follow your bad feelings. So what are you going to do sister?" Loki asks as he raises and eyebrow while looking at me.

"I don't know, but whatever I do please don't hate me afterwards" I say as I look at my lap, gripping my skirt as I talk.

"I could never hate you Luna, whatever choice you make as long as your happy then I will stand by your decision and support you. I'm sure mother and Thor will as well" Loki say and I go to answer him but before I can I hear people running down the stairs and Thor calling my name.

"Uh oh, time for me to scram!" I exclaim I jump up, waving bye to Loki as I run to the left, going the quicker way up to the main levels of the castle.

I quickly head back to my room and close door behind me, turning around to see a dress laying on my bed. I walk over and pick up the dress noticing now that I'm up close that the dress is midnight blue and black with a sheer cape covered in glitter and stars. The top is sleeveless and dips down into a slight v, stars and moons framing the top. I see a matching pair o sheer blue boots with stars and glitter on them as well. I lay the dress down again and see a note laying on my bed as well and I blink as I pick it up.

"Thought you would like something nice to wear to the celebration of yours and Thor's victory over Loki, love your father" the note says and I crumple it up in frustration before throwing it away.

"Flattery will get him nowhere" I mumble to myself as I begin to get ready, knowing that these celebrations start early and end about seven days later.

I change into the dress that is laying on my bed because even though I didn't want to admit it, I really did like the dress. For a control freak old man he's got good taste, but I will never say that to his face. I slip my feet into the boots and add silver and black diamond jewelry to complete the look before walking out of my room. My boots clicking against the gold floor as my cape flows behind me, a neutral yet pretty look on my face as I nod to passing guards and servants. No way was I going to let my father ruin this moment for me, never again will I be in the shadows. The doors open revealing the celebration to me, and everyone stops talking as they look my way.

I simply hold my head high and walk into the celebration with confidence in every step I take, ignoring my father as I pass him.

~Odin's POV~

I look up from my wine glass when I hear the doors open, revealing Luna to everyone at the celebration. Everyone stops talking as they look at the beautiful women that my daughter grew into as she walks into the room. She completely ignores me as she walks past me to Sif and the warriors three. I see Sif hand her drink as they begin talking and laughing at whatever they said to each other. I sigh and take another sip of my wine as Frigga comes to stand next to me, looking to where I am looking.

"You should talk to our daughter Odin, she is not being herself" Frigga says as she looks at me.

"I have tried Frigga, but she will not meet with me" I say as I look at my wife.

"I know, Thor has told me what has happened since they have returned" Frigga says as she links arms with me.

"Talk to her when the celebration dies down for the night, until then I will try and reason with her" Frigga says making me sigh.

"That is the problem Frigga, our daughter is as stubborn as you are. She will not listen to reason" I say and Frigga glares at me before walking over to Luna.

She begins to talk and laugh with Luna and I sigh for what seems like the fifth time today, mulling over what I will say to Luna in my mind.
