Next up was the eleventh place. When PD announced it belonged to Lin Yanjun, I immediately tackled him. Last time he had gotten the 22nd spot, so this was honestly a big improvement.

"Congratulations!" I nearly yelled in his ear.

"Thank you, Linlin." He said before turning to the rest of the boys who wanted to congratulate him.

Next was Qian Zhenghao, completing the rankings before the debut ones. My chances of making it up there were becoming slimmer and slimmer. They were so slim that they nearly couldn't be seen. I wasn't that affected by it, though. Last time's ranking made me prepare for the worst. I had already accepted the fact that I could leave.

"Next, I am announncing the debuting ranks. This time it is really just one step away from debut. " PD announced. "Firstly, announcing the trainee in 9th place. From the Citizen Producers he received a total of 2,655,890 votes. He is from Qin's entertainment."

"Bu Fan." I immediately muttered. "It can only be him."

"He is... the tough yet gentle Bu Fan." PD finally announced and we all stood up to congratulate him.

After giving him a hug, he told me he would be waiting for me up there which made me smile. We had become quite close after that stage and he was like a protective older brother to me.

The only ones left from  the <Listen to What I Say> team, excluding myself were Xukun and Xiao Gui. With them, the whole team would be up. I was really confident that they would make it, especially Xukun as we all knew he was the Citizen Producer's favourite.

"During the concept evaluation, although it was really stressfull for you, you still led the   <Listen to What I Say> team very well."PD praised him. "You were also quite a good leader.

"Hello, everyone. I am Bu Fan." He said beginning his speech. "Although Idol Producer is a show all of us did not go through this journey with the attitude that it is a show. This is really an experience with true feelings involved. Thank you, Citizen Producers, for sending me to this position of ninth place. No matter what position I am at, I would honestly be very content because happinness lies in contentment. I want to say to my teammates- Actually, my teammates are adjusting their condition. Yesterday Old Yue wasn't in this condition. Yesterday Yue Yue was bawling his eyes out.

"There's still rank 20." He said after a short pause. "Jiayou. I will wait for you guys up there."

"Next announcing the trainee in 8th place." PD proceeded. "He received a total of 2,787,412 votes. During the concept evaluation, he was in <I Will Always Remember>. He practiced hard himself and also helped the teammates around him."

"You Zhangjing." I said confident. He had helped Ziyi prepare, after all. 

He then announced it was indeed him. I quickly gave him a bone-crushing hug before he went to do his speech.

Once he finished and went upstairs, PD proceeded.

"Next, announcing the trainee in seventh place." He said. "He received a total of 3,194,539 votes. He is from Yuehua entertainment."

"Everyone, jiayou!" I quickly told them and they all sent me a smile before going back to being nervous.

"I somehow feel it's me." I heard Chengcheng say.

"Why?" Zhengting asked him but he didn't respond.

"I feel it's me." Said Justin.

"During the concept evaluation performance he appeared in front of the Citizen Producers in a completely new image." PD said.

"Me." Said Zhengting. "Completely new image is me."

"Yuehua entertainments' trainee... is... in Zhenghao's eyes... Zhu Magnet." PD said stopping everytime. "Congratulations Zhu Zhengting."

After he had finished hugging the Yuehua boys, I quickly gave him a hug.

"Congratulations, 正廷妈妈 (Zhengting mama)." I said. "You deseve this and more. 加油 (Jiayou)."

After his speech, PD proceeded to announce 6th place.

"He received a total of 3,338,168 votes." He said.

 I instantly though It would be Xiao Gui, but I wasn't certain. Nothing here was set.

"In the concept evaluation performance he broke through, took up the role of main dancer..." He continued. "He once said on stage that <Life is an adventure>. He has continuously challenged himself. Congratulations to Xiao Gui."

Once again, I went to give him a hug.

"You, Zhu Lin, must go up there." He told me sternly. "I don't care if as if number 1 or 20. You have to go up."

"I already did everything I could. This is all up to fate and luck." I honestly responded.

He then went up to do his speech but he instead rapped it, which is what he was best at. After that, he went up and gave way for the 5th place.

"From the Citizen Producers, he received a total of 3,525,667 votes." PD began. "He has always been called <Gentle Trap> by the Citizen Producers. In this concept evaluation performance, it's the first time that he sang for the Citizen Producers a slow balad song. Let us congratulate Wang Ziyi from Simply Joy Music."

The boys congratulated him one by one and then he went towards me. I was extremely happy for him. He was really talented and deserved to debut.

"I'll be seeing you, right? You must go up." He said while hugging me.

"I actually don't really know what will happen." I confessed.

"I'm sure you'll make it. 加油."

"It says here <Cut to clip>." PD said, confused, after Ziyi finished his speech and went up. "What is that?"

"It's so that the editors know there needs to be a cut here. You were supposed to only hit the slate." One of the cameramen said.

"Oh, alright, sorry!" He apologized blushing.

"What clip now?" I asked Linong. "They didn't film anything else, right?"

"The complaints." He informed me. "What complaints? Why didn't I know about that?"

"You said you were working on something."

"If anyone complained about me, you are dead!" I threatened jokingly and he looked scared.
