"How do they keep appearing?!" Riku kept using Dark Aura on the Heartless as Mayonaka kept slicing them left and right with her sword. It felt like hours since they've been fighting, and they still had to get Kurayami out of the world to somewhere safer. Mayonaka then began to sense something...off with the Heartless.

"Wait a second...that scent." She muttered to herself. "It's so familiar.." She put her hand over her eye, and looked at the Heartless around her. She couldn't sense any darkness from them. It was as if...they weren't real.

"The Master of Illusion.." She growled under her breath. "Of course, he's back.." Riku was about to attack another Heartless, until Mayonaka put her hand on his arm.

"Wait Riku, I figured them out." She said.

"What are you talking about?" He asked.

"These Heartless aren't real." She explained. "I can't sense any Darkness from them."

"So there-" "Illusions." Mayonaka interrupted him. Her sword reverted back into a dagger as she tightened her grip around it. "I know exactly who's behind them.."

Mayonaka looked up on top of one of the buildings, and she saw a dark silhouette standing there with their arms crossed. Riku followed her face and he glared at the person.

Mayonaka growled for a second, until she yelled and forcefully threw her dagger at the person, but they caught it two inches away from their face, and they weren't fazed by it at all. In fact, the figure only chuckled.

"I had a feeling you would be here." The figure jumped off the building and landed five feet away from them. The figure also turned out to be a teenager, but looked a lot like an adult instead.

He was wearing the signature black Organization XII cloak as he had two black katana blades strapped to his back. He had golden ember eyes as he had raven black hair. He was also wearing a mask as it covered his mouth and nose.

Mayonaka stood tall, and put her dagger in her belt. Riku looked at the guy, and back at Mayonaka.

"Kuro.." She growled.

"You know him?" Riku asked, still having his keyblade out.

"We more than know each other...Riku." Riku tensed a little seeing that Kuro knew his name.

"What do you want?" Mayonaka glared.

"Predictable." Kuro snickered as he shook his head. "Always sending people glared for no specific reason."

"And you hide your face for no apparent reason." Mayonaka shot back.

"You're always so tempered when it comes to this stuff." Kuro smirked. "And you should know what I'm here for."

"And that would be...?" Riku glared.

"I'm here for one thing, Riku." Kuro began. "The Destined Hearts!"

"Destined...Hearts...?" Riku asked confused. He never heard of anything like this before.

"Asako.." Mayonaka muttered loud enough for Riku to hear. Kuro reached out for one of his blades, and he gripped it in his left hand.

"Tell me Mayonaka; Where are they?" Kuro asked as he threateningly pointed his blade at her.

"I'm not telling you anything!" Mayonaka exclaimed as she took her dagger back out.
