Margo had told me how she had no money for power, so I had offered to help out and quickly walked down to the store and put $100 on the card. When I got back to the apartment, Margo was in the shower. I was going to put a fresh pot of coffee on and wait for her to finish, but that when I saw she had no coffee in. So I picked up her keys and headed back out. I knew she would decline the offer if I asked, so I just headed straight for a near by Wal-Mart and filled a trolly with everything and anything.

When I got back to the apartment and placed all the bags down on the side, I found Margo fast asleep in bed with her MacBook resting on her stomach. I didn't have the heart to wake her, so I went back into the kitchen and began unpacking any of the bits that's needed to be in the fridge, before heading back home.

When I walked into my house I was greeted as usual by my cats. After some food and attention they soon went back to doing their own thing and I spent the rest of the evening on the Xbox. Around 9pm I had opened a beer and ordered some food when I got.a message from a girl I had been hooking up with occasionally after my split with Sophia. I went on to tell Sal everything that had happened back at Apple's place.

"Dude, you gotta be careful there. You don't want to end up with another hot mess like Sophia" Sal grimaced.

"She's  different, fuck, I can literally not get her out of my head at the minute" I moaned as the waitress brought us more iced tea.

"That'll explain the Emily situation then. Just be careful you don't get played. From the sounds of it, she not really shown you any signs that she's interesting, meanwhile your doing her grocery shopping".

I didn't know what to say, he had a point after all.
