A Chosen Daughter

Chapter 2 *E

Leah & Sophie were just finishing freshening up & settling into their room; being close friends since high school days they were most comfortable with each other, and knew they wouldn't suffer any evictions from the room or any unwanted and inappropriate sights should they find their mates in this pack.

Chatting and laughing they make their way downstairs to meet up with Alpha Stephens daughter Rose. Rose was among the welcome committee when they arrived and so far proved to be as beautiful inside as she was out; with long bouncy dark brown hair that started to curl naturally at the ends, deep expressive brown eyes and high cheek bones she was most definitely stunning, with an easy bright smile she had welcomed them all and had thoughtfully planned to introduce them to all her friends and as many Eclipse members as possible, before the bbq style welcome party even started.

Stepping out of the back door onto the patio Leah soon spots Arron & her brother Matt across the long and wide garden, she smiles, by the looks they were starting a football game. Continuing to look around all those gathered for Rose, whilst also taking in the beauty the trees and colourful flowers give to the garden, she fails to notice Sophie's eyes light up as she sniffs the air, with a small shy smile, on a search of her own, nor Sophie's stiff posture or distressed features seconds later until suddenly Leah hears her heartbroken gasp.

Whipping her head in the direction of her friend, Leah sees the pain & tears in her eyes. Following the direction of Sophie's teary gaze, she could see a lad with mixed dark blonde light brown hair buzzed short on the sides and back yet wavy short length on top, and slender fingers caressing the back of his neck, whilst in the midst of seriously making out with a short haired blonde woman, who was currently sat grinding into his lap.

"Is that..?" Leah starts to ask. Sophie nods her head as tears start to fall down her cheeks in earnest. The lad in question pulls back raising his nose in the air, sniffing, obviously smelling Sophie as the woman nuzzles his neck. The two friends watch on as his head starts to slowly turn in Sophie's direction, before the woman on his lap grabs his face pulling him back towards her lips & resumes passionately kissing & grinding into him.

He moans in pleasure.

Sophie's heart breaks as her knees give way. Leah hugs her tight as she let out a viscous growl. Glaring at the male. Their pack mates are surrounding them instantly. Leah gets Kate to take her place comforting Sophie & stands up, just as Rose approaches them her eyes full of questions.
