Taking a big breath in she releases it slowly. This was probably the best opportunity she will have to address their differences, maybe even suggest, how unwise it is to encourage this; she had faith in the Goddess, of course, but she really didn't want to experience any more heart ache, than she already is because of her mate. She half shrugs "I doubt I'm what you was expecting either!" She worries her lip with her teeth "I mean chosen daughter aside, given my pack, I would still be ... well ... I would still have ..." she clears her throat as he stares at her with disbelief. Goddess this was awkward! "I haven't the ... experience ... you are ... accustomed to? ... and it's highly unlikely your finding any of this pleasing! Or ... Or ... well .. would find it ....if/when" she sighs "...enjoyable? .." Chris growls loudly stopping her speech. "I'm just saying that maybe ... maybe" she blew out a breath "maybe we're not..." he growls again.
Suddenly he uses his speed to be back in front of her, backing her against a tree. His arms braced either side of her. His face close to hers as her glares at her. "Never consider that again! Yes we're different! Yes we're from different backgrounds, but the Goddess doesn't make mistakes and she always turns out right in the end!" Leah stares back at him with wide eyes "Doesn't she?" He growls out aggressively. She nods in reply unable to speak. He calms slightly. Taking in deep breaths of her scent he calms further. Lifting a hand to her cheek he continues "Don't ever entertain thoughts like those! There is nothing displeasing about you! I'm very proud to call you mine!! Chosen daughter aside!! and if/when we ..." he pauses licking his lips at the thought "well I just know it will be mind blowing! ...... Goddess I want to kiss you! So so badly!"
Her eyes widen in alarm as Chris chuckles, stroking her cheek "Don't worry babe I'm not gonna. Our first kiss is going to be right! It'll be Perfect! Like you! So for starters you'll be able to enjoy my scent as much as I'm currently enjoying yours!" With that he pushes himself away from the tree, from Leah and runs in the opposite direction.
